You have no idea how much this is helping me right now, I really want to do well on this exam and my teacher kind of sucks, so thank you so much for this!!
Saving lives my teacher skipped through unit 1 for an AP chem class and now he’s on unit 3 but no one knows what’s going on cus we don’t have the basics
@@academic-coach-youhyun yes, but AP chem is more in depth and I forgot a lot of basic chemistry I learned during summer break (the whole thing of imf, polarity, polarisation, finding the best resonance structure is also complicated.
These videos absolutely helped me this year! (I took the exam May of 2024) I had been struggling and pulling out 70s/80s on tests all year but watched these videos starting 10 days before and got a 4! It may have been a 5 but I left 3 FRQs empty due to time (being too slow), so I’d definitely recommend doing at least 1 practice FRQ exam without these videos to practice timing! Otherwise, this was seriously helpful. Thank you!!
i have a midterm next week and my teacher does not know how to explain concepts well since its his first year doing ap chem, so Ima try this out and i hope this helps
hi!! this video helped me so much to prepare for the beginning of AP chem this year, but now the AP exam is coming up. can you make for videos for after unit 4? thank you!
hi! it is a really helpful video for students who want a 5 in their ap chemistry! thank u sooo much love u😘 but just why the video part of electron affinity did not explained the trend of electron affinity? Is it not very important in the course or u missed it?
@@terisa-820 Hello, thank you for the feedback. This was the cram study video so I was unable to cover all the details. Electron affinity is not tested as much as others when it comes to AP Chem exam (doesn’t mean that the concept is unimportant!!).
average atomic mass is WEIGHTED AVERAGE of atomic mass of all isotopes. The element given has two isotopes, one with 185 amu (40%) and the other one with 187 amu (60%). So average atomic mass is 40% x 185 + 60% 187. 186.9 is impossible given that 185amu isotope occupies 40% (about one half) of the sample.
I won’t be promoting this. Students who cram for exams have cheated themselves of learning and personally I won’t want to employ someone with that attitude or want a doctor who passed exams to treat me with their shallow knowledge. Getting good scores contradict what the AP course is about.
This video was uploaded in April right before the AP exam upon many of my students' request. I plan on uploading more videos on every single piece of concept so that students can really understand and digest them properly. So please stay tuned!

hello, where did or where could you find AP questions for this, besides the past AP frqs
at 24:55, couldn't C be the answer because the question states that BaCl2 is completely dissolved in water, so it is soluble?

at 16:31 why is it not d: 186.9 amu?

So average atomic mass is 40% x 185 + 60% 187. 186.9 is impossible given that 185amu isotope occupies 40% (about one half) of the sample.
