I imagine it's true for many. I watch your videos to boost my mood..I don't feel so alone. You connect to people with your warm personality. I love Turkish food and appreciate your cooking style. I've made many of your dishes already. My favorite being ' the soup that will save the world ' . Refika, never feel uninspired, your audience waits for your videos.
Isn't anybody going to talk about how cool her jacket is? I was here to read the compliments about it. There is no doubt how good the technique that she brought us up anyway.
We are here for the recipes, her food is great I have made 120 of jars of preserved tomatoes. Tomatoes juice, gtomatoes paste apple vinegar red wine vinegar now I will make 25 bottles of red wine .many different pickles, and I have many more to do like hummus, and pickle vegetables.i will not have to buy these things for one year, what an accomplishment, when veggies are expensive & people are complaining about prices I will be laughing my way to the bank. Her clothing is not important, chefs wear the same things o er & over she could have 5 of these jackets. So if you see her in the same jacket over & over let it rest. She is enjoying herself, looks like a very happy lady to me. She has made me very happy too, because all the Turkish recipes on yt, which I love, were spoken in Turkish, so get with the times store some food for the winter, don't worry about her clothes, she brobably has lots of money.
My godmother is from Izmir. She's in a nursing home now and we've finally been allowed to see her after a year of covid restrictions. She taught us to make Borek years ago and all your videos feel like a piece of her culture alive in the world. Thank you for your warmth and humour and humanity. All of you make the world a better place. Much love from Canada
I'm following you from South Africa 🌍 Normally i Don't comment on videos. I feel like the world can do with one less comment. But you, my friend, is as AAAALLLLL the comments say, genius, genuine, loving, kind and just awesome!!! The world can definitely do with more hearts like yours. Lots of love, from SA
Refika is the most loving and sincere person on RUclips. Thank you for mentioning India and Turkey, the struggle is real. The food prep will help with reducing food waste too. Hugs from California.
I can't stress it enough living alone in covid, how useful it is for me. Thanks ❤️ Yeah situation in India is quite bad, thanks for your love. I wish the same for all Turkish people.
Yes! I also love this because it doesn't require me to prep everything at once. I can quickly clean, dry, peel, and chop each vegetable in turn, then take a few calls or emails, then the next vegetable or two, and soon everything is prepped, cleaned, and ready for composting. Brilliant, logical, and simple. Why didn't I think of that? As we all say when we recognize genius. Lol. Refika, your generosity makes our world a better place!
This is such aa brilliant idea! It will save me time and money! This will definitely reduce food waste. I always end up with vegetables going bad when my weekdays become busy and don’t have time to prepare food. Thank you for all that you do!
Dear Rafika, you are really a creative artist, and you make everyone who sees you love you, thank you for everything you offer us, I follow you from Canada always. Good luck to you in everything.
Refika, Bourak, Behar and the rest of the crew - thank you for what you do. We look forward each week to your charm and your delicious recipes. Thank you for sharing yourselves with the world. WE LOVE YOU!
Refika, you keep thanking us. You and your team are great people, cook amazing food, and have outstanding production values. It's like if the person giving a million dollars thanked the person they were giving it to! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
Refika, I’m a full time working mom with two little kids and this is genius! I try to make them healthy meals everyday but sometimes it’s difficult and I end up getting them fast food which is not healthy. This is truly a great idea and I will definitely try it! Thank you for the idea and God bless you!!! Salam from the United States!
I'm Allison and I love your content and the fun and togetherness your team display. I watch you during most of my lunch breaks here in Trinidad, I'm a librarian at the Williamsville Secondary School.
you are so right! we are watching you from Chile every single day through lunch and dinner.. We are a couple from India and Colombia. More power to you and your crew! thank you for the few moments of beautiful LIFE in this world. Much Love!
Hi Refika, being someone that does food prep on sundays I think this idea will work great for me. Thank you for the recipes and the joy you bring to us all with your beautiful disposition.
Revika! You make me so happy! During these times of covid, there is nothing I like better than to watch and cook your good food! So simple and yet, creative, complex and tasty! I wait in anticipation of your next video! Keep on cooking! Keep on being you! Love from Israel!
I’m the first to admit that I am super lazy when it comes to cooking, and not the best cook anyway. So why do I watch this channel? It’s like watching you perform sorcery. These jars, however, are something that can work for me. One day or prep, and a week or healthy eating with minimal effort. And the ingredients are things that I would normally buy in my Canadian grocery store. 👍😘
I also watch a lot of videos about cooking. There is 2 channel like this. I don't make recipes from these videos. But I like just watching. Content is amazing
That's it in a nutshell, a weekly prep to last the whole week through - saves SO much time, and you will eat well all week long (I've been doing a weekly prep for 3 or so years now, saves me when I come home tired, and don't want to cook)
Refika, I am a culinary teacher from Pakistan. I will visit Istanbul once the pandemic situation becomes over. I will love to meet you as a gesture cause you opened so much to the world about Turkish cuisine. If it is possible kindly let me know.
What a brilliant idea. I eat stir fry meals several times a week and this is going t save me a huge amount of time, Thank you. I love Pomegranate Molasses but I never thought of putting it in a stir fry, I am definitely going to try that. Off the real subject, your jacket is amazing.
This is a fantastic idea! I like to think I’m pretty creative in the kitchen, but this is revolutionary! I’ve done it with salads, but this is such a great idea for mains. I love your channel and the energy you have and have been inspired by so many of your recipes and always look forward to the next one! I have Pomegranate syrup in the fridge and now have another great use for it tonight! Thank you for another great idea!
The most important ingredient... LOVE!! The love between you and the WHOLE REFIKA TEAM team, your love of food, teaching and sharing and caring!! THANK YOU!!
I love this idea. My kids are picky about eating vegetables, but the jars turn out so pretty they can't wait to eat them!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Sending lots of love and prayers to you all!
loved this! Loved all the options you gave and that I can see myself making this low carb. I always store my veggies in jars, no-one believes me when I tell them how long they keep fresh this way
We have a crazy busy week ahead of us. So we made up 3 of these to have healthy meals in our busiest days. Thanks for these new easy meal ideas-Shawna🍁
You have the best cooking channel on RUclips by far and you have the most awesome personality of any chef, ever ❤️ please keep sharing your uniquely positive energy and invaluable tips to the world! We love you 🥰
Have been done things like this for years, ill prepare thing like this for my nephew when i can't cook because of jobs, finally a RUclipsr that agreed with me.
Refika, you and your team are a light in this world. I usually eat my meals with your videos. I smile and laugh and have hope for this world. I hope for you and your team, the best! Thank you for continuing to shine.
I used to meal prep one protine and 2/3 kinds of produce with different sauces/ marinades before the pandemic. I cooked everything before storing, so we needed to eat the meals on time before they went bad (4-5 days max). I have had meals go bad on the weeks we skipped a meal or two and it broke my heart. I stopped meal prepping since the pandemic started. I hope this technique helps people like me to find time to nourish themselves with food that is healthy, tasty and fresh. Praying for the world to heal.
I can’t believe I missed this video! It is wonderful. I am definitely going to use this method. The idea of putting the ingredients in the jar in order by how long they need to cook with the shortest time at the bottom is genius. Also, the tip about making sure everything is dry is so helpful! That will make all the difference. Thank you so much for all the wonderful recipes you share. And, for your joy in life, it is so wonderful to see someone who so clearly loves what she is doing.
Thank you for the Stir Fry in a Jar. This is definitely a time saver. Bye the way the sprouts are sprouted from mung beans. My mom sprout them all the time!
I love your videos which were indicated to me by a dear Turkish friend. And am slowly - but surely- changing my cooking style....for the best! Thanks so much
Thankyou so much ! And our prayers to all too🙏🙏🙏! I lost my 44year old nephew to this virus ! Times are really painful. But you and your channel is such a relief in trying times! Can't thank enough! I would like to share a prayer in sanskrit " samastha lokah sukhino bhavantu"...which translates to " let all the people in the world be blessed with good health" 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you. This will solve my food wastage problem. I live alone so most veggies go off before I can cook them all. Now I can prepare them all for days ahead!
Refika, Bahar and all the team. İ’m from Brazil and moved to Tuzla about a year ago! İ love turkish people and culture. İ need thank you very much for your channels (both in Engish and in Turkish). You are all great!!
Thanks for the vegetarian jar ideas. My package from your Etsy shop arrived. I will think of you and team every time I use the beautiful knife. Nicest knife I’ve ever owned!
Great principle. And for salads, I do it like you do. I dice onion, celery, paprika, radish, cucumber (watery core removed), mix and 1 part to use right away and 2 or 3 small containers for later use. For cooking, I prep and keep the vegetables separate. It gives me more freedom that way
I love all the recipes and techniques you share, but I have to admit, I keep coming back for how beautiful your videos look. What a treat for the eyes.
Hello from Alpharetta, Georgia in the US. I LOVE watching and listening to you & learning about different foods and traditions! I appreciate the vegetarian spin on some things as I don’t really eat meat. Keep the positive energy and all of you stay safe :)
Hey! If you live in Alpharetta, try out Bakkal international foods over at Sandy Springs. The people there know a lot about turkish food and sell all sorts of turkish ingredients that you might see Refika cooking!
What a fabulous idea! Thank you, and be well. We love your show and your cooking style better than any other cooking show! We learn so much and get excited to do more cooking.
Thank you! Enjoyed this video! Going to share with my girls. This is a great idea for busy career minded, mothers and fathers. You can have a beautifully healthy meal ready in minutes. I fell like the jar and adding dry ingredients ensures freshness. Love and peace ✌️
Hi Rafika, salam to you and all your team bringing for us great ideas. I just want to let you know i used to watch your channel you speaking turkish even though I knew little bit but i used to enjoy and still am enjoying. Eid Mubarak as well 🎉🎉
I decided to take this forward to use for salad prepared veggies. It works great, onions, radishes, celery, zucchini, etc. Been using it all week. I shake them up so I get some of each. Takes up so little room, great for the refrigerator in my Van. Love your channel, Blessings
Great for a person on a weight loss programme. An easily put together meal with plenty of filling veges. A whole lot better than buying ready made meal that don’t have enough veges to fill you up. Brilliant.
This is an excellent idea for people living alone - usually there is always too much of each vegetable, but this way you can spread it over several days! Thank you from Down Under!
Super idea and fun to watch you pretend each of the days. We are praying for all - including your lovely country and India. Love you all! from Renee' in North Carolina, USA.
What an excellent method! It looks as though it would be easy to adapt for people who live alone. And the colouaful layers are (and will tray) really appetising.Another Refikas triumph! Thank you to all the team
I’ve said it before, but your soul, your cooking, you fun rapport with Bahar... so much fun to watch and to learn. Always following, always cooking. This is such a great idea! Will revolutionize y life.
I did this kind of prep work before I went camping. At the beach, I did simpl e cooking on the grill, just chill, eat, enjoy nature. Last week, I season my chicken with Greek gyros🥙 seasoning and cooking it as I need it, enjoy it with 🥗
Yes, I do like your video. Great technology in the kitchen. This is my second time I have heard that eating dishes containing different colours is good for our health. Thank you very much.
Refika - not only am I mesmerised & hungry watching you cook & inspire the Turkish man in my soul to cook, cook well & eat like a Padishah!!! Now, I am moved to hear you speak about Covid in Turkey. I wish the very best & send hope and good wishes of health to all Turkish people. Together we will rid the world of this dreadful pandemic. Loving the food, you and your team.
Brilliant idea. It's great to see this technique reduced to the basics, and repeated with several variations. It shows what you can change and what should stay the same. I do stir-fry a lot already, but I will definitely be using both marinades and I will be using a lot more vegetables in the future. I cook mostly with chopsticks, but mine are just normal sized. I'm jealous of the long ones you got :). Thanks for your videos. Your abundant joy and empathy are greatly appreciated.
That's really smart! I love stir fry a lot but it was a bit hard for me to prepare during the day becuase of online lessons but now I CAN EAT DELİCİOUS STİR FRY EVERYDAY. thanks!
My dear Refika, we love love love all your recipes and cooking techniques. It definitely will save lots of time and eliminate the hussle to cook in the evening. The recipes are also light and healthy. Keep up the great work! 💖🇹🇷
What a FABULOUS take on "batch cooking prep"! Your style of putting the colorful jars of vegetables together, plus preparing the marinated meat ahead of time - well, it turns boring into beautifully delicious and EASY! (: As always, I am THRILLED each and every time one of your new videos appears in my folder - an INSPIRATION to so many... on SO many levels. Thank you for your perseverance and professional, but humorous nature. It disperses through the airwaves like an Angel. You and your entire staff of friends are just STELLAR human beings. Thank you! love... love... love
I saw some jars like that on social media, but the marinated meat/protein is a game changer! No more bland vegetable, but lively and spicy stir frys just like you, Refika ! Love, from Morocco 💕
its great to see that all the people around the world are wishing each other well, all this amidst a pandemic - feels good. thanks Refika for bringing all of us together through food and the love you share -youre awesome
Love watching non-toxic content, even if it's 1year old ❤️🇿🇦. Will try jar stir fry prep for my big family. When I run out of ideas I come to your channel 💐
You share your love with all of the world! You and Bahar make a difference! Continue reaching out with your cooking lessons - you are teaching more than cooking! Love you to pieces!
Hi refika ! Thank you for your respond to my comment before . As promised , I would like to tell you that I tried the beef recipe . Omg ... this is a brilliant idea ever. I was in emergency situation it was late and no food yet then I remember I had the jar. Finally in 10 minutes about including cooking couscous I managed prepared the dinner thanks to your brilliant fry jar. And ... the most exciting part is ... it taste sooooooooo good. I followed everything for the beef apart from molasses as I didn’t have it. My family loved it. The vegetables are also nice with the beef. Refika, you are a genius 👍 I tried 3 of your recipes and they are all delicious 🥰
Thank you Refika what a great idea to include more vegetables this way and save from wastage. Marinating meat in a glass jar in small portions a great idea! Thanks for cooking tips!
I enjoy your cooking, "singing"😉, and all the different types of meals you prepare from turkish to international. Keep doing what you're doing. Stay authentic to yourself. Also love the comedy and the written corrections to some words that's added in the montage. Peace out and stay safe. 🤗
Your country is sooo beautiful and has fantastic food. Refika, I think if I grew up with you we would have been life long friends. I'm glad you can be my friend through youtube now.

Condolences to you and your family, so sorry to hear of your loss ... my eldest brother passed in January 2021 ...
@@heersyal2454 condolences to you and your family.🙏
@@shilpam4096 Thank you, that's very kind
Thank you. This will solve my food wastage problem. I live alone so most veggies go off before I can cook them all. Now I can prepare them all for days ahead!
I love Refika, not only for her cooking, but also for her heart.
Love the idea of storing the vegetables in the jars...great job Rafika...👍👍👍👍
Hello from Alpharetta, Georgia in the US. I LOVE watching and listening to you & learning about different foods and traditions! I appreciate the vegetarian spin on some things as I don’t really eat meat. Keep the positive energy and all of you stay safe :)
Hey! If you live in Alpharetta, try out Bakkal international foods over at Sandy Springs. The people there know a lot about turkish food and sell all sorts of turkish ingredients that you might see Refika cooking!
@@serkancomu "Turkish" would be the right usage. Have a nice day
Hi from Cumming GA. Got to love her channel. And cooking style.

Oooo yours tooo ❤️😘🧿
I love your recipes, your sense of humor, and how you show your compassionate heart so freely. Keep up the excellent work.
I learn something every time. You guys are Awesome. Thank you for doing Vegetarian version.
Super idea and fun to watch you pretend each of the days. We are praying for all - including your lovely country and India. Love you all! from Renee' in North Carolina, USA.
This style of prep is perfect for busy/lazy days. Thanks so much!
We cut and chop vegetables on weekends and keep it in fridge and take out through the week. This is innovative 🙏

Love this idea of putting everything in a jar - kinda like meal prepping, but a cooler version! 😊✌🏾
Refika you are a genius, greetings from Serbia. 😁👌🌮🌯🥙🍔🧄🥦🌶

@@Refika i ja sam from Serbia 😘😘 live in Canada. Love your video Refika
I did this kind of prep work before I went camping. At the beach, I did simpl e cooking on the grill, just chill, eat, enjoy nature. Last week, I season my chicken with Greek gyros🥙 seasoning and cooking it as I need it, enjoy it with 🥗
Refika....you radiate happiness and energy.thank you for being refika!
Thank you! love... love... love
Thank you, thank you, thank you! From a stir fry addict ❤️
Video saved.

Perfect for a single serving! Thank you! Someday soon I hope to visit Turkey.
love your cooking channel....would love to have you in South Africa one day when things return back to normal.
Refika, you are a genius 👍
I tried 3 of your recipes and they are all delicious 🥰

I am really gratefull for your tasty, healthy and realistic recipes.
Thank you Refika what a great idea to include more vegetables this way and save from wastage.
Marinating meat in a glass jar in small portions a great idea! Thanks for cooking tips!
We tried, it works really well, no extra dishes., no chopping, you can just focus on cooking.
This is a great idea! And I LOVE your episodes. Never miss them.
Such a great idea! And you give such clear instructions about how to plan the jars - thank you for more inspiration!
I love adding asparagus to my egg fried rice. I stir fry a lot and meal prep a lot and never thought of doing this. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
I enjoy your cooking, "singing"😉, and all the different types of meals you prepare from turkish to international. Keep doing what you're doing. Stay authentic to yourself. Also love the comedy and the written corrections to some words that's added in the montage. Peace out and stay safe. 🤗
Thank you so so much 🥰❤️You too!
Your country is sooo beautiful and has fantastic food. Refika, I think if I grew up with you we would have been life long friends. I'm glad you can be my friend through youtube now.
Fantastic idea, Refika! I'll certainly be doing this. Greetings from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
I loved this you really gave me a new way to pre prep these wonderful fresh dishes that I enjoy making but barely have time for the prep work. Thank you so much for such a great world view! Greetings from the U.S. ♥️♥️♥️♥️😋
