Heather Tweedie Yes! Lily Pulitzer is a very popular brand in the south. It’s very preppy, but if you don’t find yourself loving the clothes there, don’t worry! I only wore all Lily dresses because I procrastinated shopping for rush and I just got all of my outfits on the same day! A lot of my friends who were rushing wore other brands, some not even wearing Lily at all!
You should really Google the history of Lily Pulitzer. Her shift dresses were popularized by Jackie Kennedy, and her first store was out of Palm Beach. Most of the sorority style Lily Pulitzer shift dresses, Jack Rodgers sandals, and pearls have become the unofficial uniforms of sororities. These items are all very expensive, especially for someone entering college. Not to mention the other more modern accessories.
This is a cute video! My only suggestion is to look into the camera when you are talking and not your viewfinder. You will connect with your audience a lot more!
