Penatlah nak bagi orang faham setiap orang ada range dia. Ernie bukan tak strong chest voice. Sebelum Ernie nak capai headvoice yang super strong sekarang ni, basic chest voice dia kena kukuh dulu. Basic menyanyi is chest voice. Mana ada orang terus lompat pandai mixed. Cuba tengok and bezakan style Ernie nyanyi sekarang dengan zaman dia dulu. Lain.
Ernie ni the real definition of healthy singing. Dia tahu kemampuan dia. Any notes above C5-C#5 memang dia takkan guna chest voice dia dah. Sebab lebih pada limit range chest voice dia. Sebab tu dia gunakan teknik. Dia master headvoice and mixed. So dia tahu kekuatan suara sebenar dia kat mana which is headvoice.
Matilah nak kalau semua orang kena capai certain notes untuk dicop chest voice bagus. Kita kena terima hakikat yang semua orang ada range. Kalau tak masakan Yuna pernah menang vokal terbaik AIM. Nak dengar Yuna belting pun susah.
Setuju. Sis dah give up nak explain part ni. Malaysians memang taksub dengan high note. I remember cikgu Siti Hajar pernah cakap, orang Malaysia dengar high note je sorak. Tak peduli pun pengeluaran suara tu betul atau tak. So biarlah diorang. Tak guna explain. Macam mencurah air ke daun keladi je.

Hope you react to Best Performance winner, Shiha Zikir. And Iman Troye with her song, Nang. Iman, even though she's not a powerhouse vocalist, impressed me with an entertaining performance. She was the youngest finalist this year (20yrs), first time at AJL but did quite well.

Ernie punya suara memang tiada penggantinya.. tapi sayang lagu ini memamg tak cukup kuat utk tunjulkan kemampuan sebenar suara Ernie. Lagu Cinta and Ku Bersuara je yang aku rasa so far betul2 tunjuk kehebatan suara dia time Final AJL. Aku takde apa komen tentang suara dia time final hari tu sebab memang sedap didengar, tapi kalu boleh komen, aku just harap next time Ernie try jangan terlalu terbawak emosi sampai menangis yang boleh mengganggu persembahan suara dia.. (contoh time dia perform Gundah walaupun dia menang Vocal, still aku rasa dia kena belajar untuk control from emosi yang keterlaluan takut nanti terus tak leh nyanyi Sebab kesedihan melampau). Aku harap next time kena hasil kan lagu2 yang betul2 boleh tonjolkan kebolehan vocal Ernie.. she’s always one of my fav singers!

I feel sorry for Ernie. She is having the same fate as her aunt and uncle, Ziana Zain and Anuar Zain. Great talent but rarely wins at AJL. Throughout their glorious career, Ziana only won 2 trophies from AJL (category wins, not champion), and Anuar never won anything. Guess AJL needs a different kind of luck. I won’t blame Ernie if she decided not to compete anymore.

AJL this year was messy. The camera works were messy, the sound system were messy. After 3 years of doing AJL low-keyed due to the pandemic, they seem to forget how to do it properly this year 😒

Kalau Ernie nak menang, dia kena nyanyi lagu yang lain sikit dari tipikal balada melayu. Contoh paling dekat Aina Abdul. Note-note melodi dia lain sikit dari balada melayu yang biasa kita dengar, itu yang buat lagu Aina rasa fresh dan unik sambil itu pembawaan Aina untuk lagu itu pon rasa lebih menarik sedikit dari Ernie.
lol ernie lah catalog paling versatile dekat malaysia. irama malaysia, pop, raggae, rnb, classical semua ada. adat pertandingan menang atau kalah.

From the jury's point of view, they will only choose 1 song from each genre. There's many balad song, so they chose 1 to win no.1-3, i.e Aina. So it doesn't means that Ernie's song wasn't great

Yesss sebab Ernie light lyrics soprano. Aina dan Marsha mezzo- soprano, vokal dorang sesuai juga hit note G5 sebab suara mereka Chest. Ernie suara dia light je, yang mana dia mostlynya gunakan Headvoice dan Mixvoice kalau nak buat Highnote. Kalau nak buat preference suara dorang bagi aku... Aina macam suara Adele, Marsha macam suara Jessie J dan Ernie macam suara Ariana Grande. Jadi kalau nak tahu kelebihan vokal dorang macamana boleh tengok penyanyi yg aku sebut mungkin korang tak faham 😅. Dorang bertiga ni mempunyai suara yg unik dengan cara tersendiri...

I guess the only category that suits her for the competition are best vocals and best songs. however, aina beats her for both categories. due to limited awards offer, she did managed to win any award. But she is still our best queen besides aina and marsha. Aina just spectacular that night as compared to the 2 ladies (erni and marsha)
For me, this song is not as strong as 'Terus Hidup' in terms of the complexity of the melody & composition. Vocally, I think the difficulty shown by Aina Abdul & Marsha granted them more mark. Love her, though. I know she'll come back stronger.

Thats y nowadays most of the singer compose n write their lyric by him/herself to won everything in this competition like what AINA DID.
Btw i dont have knowledge in music but every year feel so wonder n weird when netizen out there not agree with the winner no 1 2 3....But for me no problem coz understand SOP n AJL CONCEPT...n put my trust in judges who are more knowledgeable in what their scop of job.

Aina climbs her up from the bottom. Becoming underrated, was being in the night clubs singing, no one's reach her. Everyone ada struggle dia sendiri. Sometimes u are up , and ada kat bawah.. that's life man
@@zachucw2995 Ernie pun sama. Susah nak naik, sampai tahap dia hampir give dengan industri, nak sambung belajar, tinggalkan dunia nyanyian dan jadi cikgu muzik. Dia start 2009, 2017 baru orang nampak dia. So Aina dan Ernie ada 1 persamaan. Struggle nak berjaya. Cuma lately nampak kerjaya Aina lagi ke depan mungkin sebab Ernie dah kahwin, ada anak, so kena bahagi2 masa dan tak boleh seaktif dulu.
