My Roblox is modded with Bloxstrap
I believe Bloxstrap has support for multiple language and is available in most regions
Roblox should officially support it in or around October

Roblox should start natively supporting it by the end of the month though!

unless you edit your fast flags so much that it's borderline hacking you'll be good
