A lot more thumb ups on this one. La Lupa was unexpected. Funny that Honda was Guile's trusted Street Fighter instead of Chun. Celia was hot & ticked at Cammy. Honda vs the robot wolves. 🙂 Wow, the Guile & Cammy battle. His kept going, & vs Bison. Great ep.
another great entry of Scott Mc Neil's voice range in this cartoon as Bionic commando style Rory. La Lufa could have really been a great character in street fighter.
Ya know i often fund it amusing how in 90s american cartoon shows, chivalry was such a huge propaganda. Men had to show mercy toward women characters even if they were brainwashed or just plain evil, yet for male brain washed characters, it was uh-ah, no way, no how, fuck yo insecurities, you goin DOWN. Glad we no longer make these mistakes.
if only this was made AFTER they fleshed out Cammy's connection to Bison lol. this was back when In the English games they suggested that Cammy was in love with Bison. tho... I admit, that makes more sense than the legit story of her being a body vessel M. Bison and basically made just for that purpose. tho... I feel that's been partly retconned especially considering what's become of Alpha 3's continuity.

Yes, this series is actually the animated spin-off from the movie, and does not follow the game. That said, I'm glad they included cammy's backstory from alpha.
@@ArmourBlanche they kind of did a soft reboot in the second season to follow the game timeline. Sf1 is referenced along with Sagat and Ryu's rivalry and Akuma being an enemy for Ryu and Ken instead of Guile and Bison.

I mean... she was a villain in alpha 3 as one of the body doubles for bison. until she learned otherwise. but this was before alpha 3. from what I gathered, this cartoon plot is based on the weird English ending dialogue for her super turbo ending that suggests she was in love with Bison or at least had a connection to him beyond what they'd eventually establish.

I always thought it was Chun Li and guile who were gonna hook up. They're together all the time in most of the street fighter movies and cartoons chasing down bison.
