Chris, we didn't have to "hype it up"! Home Free did that themselves with their amazing voices! 😊 Adam Rupp arranged this incredible & unique version. This was at a real Ice Castle in Minnesota! Merry Christmas!
Yeah Adam (beatboxer) arranged it. It’s stunning. I loved it. I’m surprised the ice didn’t fall on top of Tim during his low notes. It was filmed in an ice castle in Minnesota. Good reaction Chris. Have a wonderful Christmas.
This is one of my all time favorites by Home Free. Adam did a Fabulous job arranging this, that guy is very talented !! I saw it live at one of their Christmas concerts and it is even better live if you can imagine that. Adams vocal percussion at the very beginning is just Amazing, so can hear it so much better. Dont miss any opportunity to see a Christmas concert by Home Free, actually any concert.
When I saw them in concert earlier this month, they performed this one. Same arrangement (minus the ice castle of course), and it was even more amazing live. And, yes, you can feel those low notes of Tim in your chest! Merry Christmas!
I love this arrangement by Adam Rupp. And for more Chris, listen to What Child Is This? - featuring HF, after all, Epiphany isn't til Jan. 6th! Great reaction. The location is an ice castle in Eden Prairie, MN, but it moves around. And Chris has his own channel.
Thank you for checking out my favorite song from my favorite acapella group! An absolute master class of arranging and performing. Oh, and that stunning ice castle is made every year here in Minnesota for our Winter Carnival.
Not many reactors speak on Austin's vocal that sounds like strings being plucked. Near the end of the video is one of the places that you can hear it if you listen. Chris I enjoyed the sounds and faces you made during Tim's basement bass notes. 🎄🎶
So excited to see your reaction to this! Adam Rupp’s arrangement and beatboxing is phenomenal! 🔥 The vocals from Adam and Chris make this my favorite cover of all time! I finally heard Home Free in concert recently. I cried during Warmest Winter 😢 obviously. It was a good thing it was intermission after this song because I was a mess crying tears of joy. 😭🤯❤️ Home Free: Christmas Aint For the Lonely and Full of Cheer are awesome Christmas originals, co-written by Tim. God bless and Merry Christmas!
As others have said… I do believe it was Adam’s arrangement. He was a music major … heavy on the trumpet performance. Fact: Adam warms up before performing by playing his trumpet! As you well know … the muscles of mouth, throat, lungs and pure strength are needed for beatboxing the way Adam does it !!!
If I’m measuring my joy while listening to this in baked goods, my favorite tenors, (Adam and Chris) vocals are an entire bakery! 🥰🤯🙌 Adam’s arrangement is stunning! 🤭🙌. My 2 favorite covers of all time are this and Chris Rupp featuring Home Free: What Child is This filmed in a cave! 🙌🙌. Please check out Home Free originals Christmas Aint For the Lonely and Full of Cheer (Tim co-wrote both)! God bless and Merry Christmas! 😁
This was actually arranged by Adam Rupp the beatboxer. If you are interested Chris Rupp has his own RUclips channel. That was filmed at the traveling ice castle that was in Minnesota. Truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
The guys almost said no to Adams arrangement because they were afraid they could not do it live , they said this is why Adam dont do a lot of arranging it´s to difficult
Adam Rupp was the one who arranged this song. The location was part of a theme that is done, in different cities, every year. I believe it may be in Wisconsin or Minnesota, not sure which. And yes, they were very cold. Great Christmas song!
Merry Christmas Chris, and we don't forget, *HE IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON, AMEN* .Adam Rupp, the beatboxer did this arrangement....I don't know of any others & he did this genius & he should be doing more (maybe he does I just haven't read or heard of them though).....
Alaska, lol that made me laugh. No sir that was done in Minnsota. They do sculptures like that up in the Twin Cities area every year. Yes I live here, yes I wonder why every winter 😉 great reaction. Adam Rupp arranged it. 😊
Best arrangement of any Christmas song ever. And I don't even like this song. But I could (and do) listen to this every day, no matter what time of year. Yum.
I have heard so many reactors on this song and you are the first to point out the different octaves on that one part.. I saw a reaction by Chris Rupp, telling about the behind the scenes on this song and he pointed that out. I have never heard anyone recognize that until you did. I always enjoy and learn from your reactions.
I never realized that there was a prejudice against southern U.S. accents until I watched one reactor listen to this song and the first comment he made was a negative one about Austin's accent. I'm Canadian and love any and all accents. I want to thank you for listening and analyzing the vocals and effects of the song (without prejudice!).
This is actually one of my favourite Home Free songs and I will pull it up regardless of time of year I just love the fullness and colour in the arrangement.
Mostly you to have 10 singers and some slick studio effects to make it that good .... all these folk need = SING, ARRANGE, ADD BEAT BOX TOUCHES and phenomenal things happen. HOME FREE !!! The best vocal group there is !!!!! GBjj
So happy you checked this one out. It's just as phenomenal live! This is one of my favorite HF songs! FYI Chris has his own version of Amazing Grace that show his range. If you get a chance check it out!
Yes, that was Adam Rupp’s arrangement. It was filmed at the Ice Castle in MN. That year it was in Eden Prairie, but it moves around the suburbs of St Paul-Minneapolis every year.
If you'd like to hear Chris Rupp sing a lead, he's got a lot of solo music on his channel, but my favourite is one of the last songs he did with Home Free, called Moving On. It's an original he wrote, and it's such a beautiful song and arrangement.
Love your reactions, especially Home Free of course (Home Fry and Patreon from the very beginning 🙂)! Like many reactors you tend to end the video before it's finished and I understand - the song has ended. But in this case you miss both who arranged it (Adam "absolute star" Rupp) and where they were (Eden Prairie), as in many of their older songs. Love that you picked up the "5 octaves in 5 seconds" too, as the called it in the video describing the record. Merry Christmas!
I recently saw a video of them performing this live when Austin was sick. Tim actually took some of those really high parts Austin does. Here is a link: ruclips.net/video/rMplxFDG8BY/видео.html Honestly, he has to push for it a little but, to be fair, he's going from the sub basement to the attic in a very short time span.
Hmmm -- Now, your questions ----------- would have been answered if, just if, you had finished the video! Just Sayin' ... (you do have a tendency to cut them off early!) Merry Christmas
@@creativecrewfam He's an American arranging genius the greatest arrangements by great Gospel singers like Sandi Patti, Steve Green, Larnelle, etc. were theirs he also makes wonderful music, for me the guy is a genius
Chris, we didn't have to "hype it up"! Home Free did that themselves with their amazing voices! 😊 Adam Rupp arranged this incredible & unique version. This was at a real Ice Castle in Minnesota! Merry Christmas!
What a beautiful arrangement, only Home Free can sing like this …marvellous! ❤️
Home Free at it's best.
Me talking to the TV: "Dude, if you had let that play for, like, ten more seconds all your questions would be answered!!" HaHaHa
Yeah Adam (beatboxer) arranged it. It’s stunning. I loved it. I’m surprised the ice didn’t fall on top of Tim during his low notes. It was filmed in an ice castle in Minnesota. Good reaction Chris. Have a wonderful Christmas.

This is easily one of their best Chris-Era songs
Not many reactors speak on Austin's vocal that sounds like strings being plucked. Near the end of the video is one of the places that you can hear it if you listen. Chris I enjoyed the sounds and faces you made during Tim's basement bass notes. 🎄🎶
If you want to hear Chris's voice, check out Long Black Train. He did it with Tim. It's wonderful.
Would love you to react to Chris Rupp and Home Free singing what child is this
Adam did a FANTASTIC job with this arrangement🙌 The bass in this one was crazyyyy good🔥

The most creative Home Free arrangement.
I know you LOVED this one. It was epic
If you listen to the guys speak after the song, they tell what that place is (Ice Palace?) and where it is located (moves around).
The guys almost said no to Adams arrangement because they were afraid they could not do it live , they said this is why Adam dont do a lot of arranging it´s to difficult
So glad you finally covered this one. I knew you would love how different and original Adam Rupp's arrangement was.
This is my FAVORITE song they sing!
Fire and one of their best.

Yes! I lived in EP when they filmed it, just a couple mins away.

Great reaction buddy I would suggest that you listen to the end they explain all the questions you have, what when and were .
That's my favorite rendition of this classic Christmas song.
I saw them in concert last year. My seat was in the mezzanine section and Tim's bass still shook my seat!
I believe it!

This song is Great Tim shook my soul with those low notes and Adam does Great all the time they are all gifted from God
My Man from Homefree
This is actually one of my favourite Home Free songs and I will pull it up regardless of time of year I just love the fullness and colour in the arrangement.
Wow they are so amazing love these Christmas songs from home free
I love this song
❤🎄Merry Christmas
It was Adam the beat boxer who arranged it , it was his first time arranging.
My absolute favorite version/arrangement of one of my absolute favorite Christmas carols! It always makes me so happy. 😊
Merry Christmas Chris!! May 2022 be a happy, healthy and prosperous year for you.

Love this arrangement
By Adam Rupp read a comment that they don't let Adam arrange many cause they are harder to do. Adam has a beautiful tenor
shout out to Adam Rupp for this arrangement.
This has the best arrangement. Thanks for your reaction

Not gonna lie thoroughly enjoyed the reaction and totally expected a biscuit on that massive E1 in the middle of the song lol
They look very cold! Enjoyed it though.
SOMEHOW I KNEW YOU'D LOVE THIS ARRANGEMENT BY ADAM RUPP, THEY TELL YOU AT THE END😄
Yes, Adam arranged this
Nicely analyzed with your creative way.
I love this one sooooo much! We knew you'd love it too! 🥰
Merry Christmas to you❣
Since New Years is coming up, you need to react to their cover of Auld Lang Syne, beautiful harmonies. Great reaction to a great song, loved it!!!
Tim has broken speakers, sound systems. They now have to bring their own!!!
Adam Rupp the beatboxer arranged this.
Chris Rupp has his own channel, I enjoy them.
I was also wondering if you heard of for King and Country? They're two brothers with a lot of talent.
I definitely have heard of For King and Country!
Adam Rupps arrangement, beat boxer
😍✌🏻🎄
Chris, what's the giveaway clue that rhis was arranged by the beatboxer?
diane if you watch the original video, they speak at the end of the video about it 🙂
@@Angie-yt1ki yes I know, I was responding to Chris' question during the video lol.
