Exercise Balikatan 2024

#ICYMI Exercise Balikatan the largest annual bilateral exercise between the Philippines and the US has wrapped up. 💪🇵🇭🇺🇸🇦🇺
#YourADF personnel deployed to the Philippines to train alongside 16,000 counterparts from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and US forces, as well as French Navy personnel; who joined the exercise as active participants for the first time.
Australia’s contribution included ‪@AustralianArmyHQ‬ command and support personnel from the 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment as well as #AusAirForce personnel from No.65 Squadron, Joint Terminal Attack Controllers from No.4 Squadron, an E-7A Wedgetail aircraft and crew from No.2 Squadron; and ADF medics, aeromedical nurses and aircrew.
