Electric cars may not be suitable in tropical countries . In China ,hundreds of thousands of electric cars and bikes exploded and burst into flames. Hybrid cars maybe nearest to it but I don't favour electric cars. I dare say that electric cars are good for developed countries due to facilities availability . It's been developed for practicality only and not for the poor. Any comments??

It’s like buying a large Duracell dipped in gold versus buying a power tool that will last forever. All these idiots jumping into electric cars will learn the hard way when it’s time to trade in. It’ll trade like an iPhone 6 for 5$. Whereas the disappearing V8 with all the same horse no loss in power will hold thier value.
