      Bro iam a BJP supporter but recently i watched a video of sartak goswami where he interviewed a farmer and he expressed his concerns on the change of MSP which causes a lot of losses to the farmers.
      So I hope BJP will look into this but yeah

      bro the issue is if we have to solve the issue of farmers then we will have to raise their income .We need to revisit laws and try to make them such that farmers can benefit out of it .Today if we purchase any food maximum profit is consumed by middle man(sabji mandi) and farmers get measily profit we need some some mechanism by which we can solve this issue . @@itikboiusec2138

      Yes, he stopped the bullet train because Mumbai property mafia didn't want a connection to Boisar. This is the reality. People would start moving to better homes in Boisar/Palghar/Vandhavan if the bullet train is made. Mumbai property mafia can't keep jacking up the prices if that happens.     Vadhavan port will be the biggest port in India, the whole Idea is to make a port that can handle biggest container vessels & thus improve the business around this port, also when this port starts operations, most of the vessels that went to JNPT would be directed to this port. Then JNPT can be revamped by deepening the draught, also to build new facilities as that way it can handle bigger ships. thus making JNPT -- Vadhavan a big partnership together.
    I dont think JNPT would be a Navy port, but it can be, because Mumbai port is not big as its required, since INS Kadamba is made at Karwar many ships have moved there, but India plans to add another carrier (3 carriers) and many destroyers and submarines & for that Mumbai port needs to be read as Mumbai is financial capital and an important city, & its first line for naval attack on Pakistan.

      @Unknownuser14683 It is being served well, Mumbai airport is 123 kms, further bullet train from Mumbai might make it a travel of maybe 30 mins (if there is bullet trains station there) Shirdi airport about 250 kms, Surat airport is 200 kms also it will be a bullet train station there. Vadodra airport is 330 kms. Adding another airport in the mix might make it like every gully will ask for an airport.

      BOISAR/PALGHAR/VANDHAVAN, not Mumbai. It needs to have its own identity away from Mumbai. It needs to establish itself as its own metro region. It's far enough from Mumbai for that to happen.

      @@Billu.Badmosh.5 Vandhavan Port is 130 km away from Mumbai. It is a 2 to 3 hour drive. For example, it is like Los Angeles and San Diego. These are two separate metros. This is the model that should be followed.

    #3:40 it should be 300 million ton not 300 metric ton.
    heavy trucks carry 40-50 tons in India ; a railway wagon carries 90 ton.
    the confusion arises because of the term MT used by media for metric ton as well as million ton.

      Bullet train is not ready yet. By the time it is ready its cost per kilometre will be similar to rrts. Also land acquisition per km is expensive in Delhi as compared to rural Gujarat.

    Central Government should take same steps to go ahead with Nanar Refinery proposed tobe set up in Ratnagiri Dist. of Konkan with a proposed investment of Rs. Four lacs crores. This project is said to change the economics of Government of Maharashtra when it is completed. The State Governments should also try to help in allotment land to the proposed Refinery Project.

    Can the existing Mumbai airport be relocated so it is outside the city? Eg: to Palghar district. Versova-Virar-Palghar sea link and RRTS/ Vande Bharat and bullet train will ensure connectivity in addition to Mumbai-Delhi expressway. Also will have link to Vadhvan port. It will free almost 1800 acres in central Mumbai for a park like NYC and AAI won't put limits on high-rises in and around the airport area. Plus adani redeveloping dharavi and ramabai nagar slum in ghatkopar will not have subsequent height restrictions. They can make a new, better BKC/powaii there.
