Off topic, but Grainger’s info email I got today has a list of 20 questions to ask a contractor before you hire him. I GUARANTEE not one single contractor who has ANY experience with clients…or the work, will work for you. That list a a HUGE red flag to anyone in the business that you will be extraordinarily difficult to work with, and that you know nothing about construction. It ‘s not the license and insurance or references, it is the totality of mistrust/suspicion right off the bat the whole list conveys.
