Building a Punching Bag Stand (DIY)

PROBLEM: I got myself a 100lb punching bag that I hung from a beam in my house, only to shake the place anytime I wanted to use it.
SOLUTION: design and build a freestanding stand that can carry the momentum of a heavy bag without tipping over.
They sell these stands for a few hundred dollars but are poorly constructed from thin steel. But why buy it when you can build it ???
