I eat veggie salad and soup first then the main dish and later fruits and desserts naman. Minsan ini skip ko ang soup kasi nakakabusog. Nakakagutom ang mga pagkain. Siguro pag nakauwi ako I’ll be 200lbs pag balik it’s ok basta walang high blood :)

Here in LA there's a Brazilian resto called Fogo de Chao .If you opt for the churrasco experience the waiters go around the tables serving different meats in each skewer like ribeye, fillet mignon, lamb, chicken, etc. The meal also includes a long table of varied veggies and fruits. it's quite pricey but they're worth all ur money.
