I'm the same as Suisei for where my fat piles up, the only fat parts of my body are my quads and glutes, which is sad since it makes my quads look noticeably less impressive than my upper body. It's still better than having fat pile around the face, neck, or stomach area though.
Always depends on the intensity and frequency of the workout. I can see 15 minutes being enough for fit people who are adept and efficient at exercising, more so for professional bodybuilders. But honestly, for idols? I don't know. Either way, their job as idols already demands them to be expending a lot of energy rehearsing, so I can see why, on off days, for maintenance's sake, and since they have other errands, 15 minutes is enough.
