I think Russo & Toone do a hell of a lot better coming on as Subs than they do starting.

But they were missing that extra 10 per cent.
Mental and physical fatigue might have been an issue. Especially when you know it`s not crucial.
We have a lot of players with bottle. We just need that extra push when they get nervous, upset and angry.
Bronze, Williamson, Stanway, Kelly and of course Tooney. They can inject the determination for our calmer superstars to feed off of.

Agree entirely not learned a thing since they lost in that final. Any good team can read them like a book, preasure them in front of goal and they panic and pass it anywhere, often back to the goalie who passes it straight back.
It’s quite simple….either win all of your remaining games or it’s the playoffs. From what I have read no country wants to be involved in that as the playoffs are a minefield and there are no guarantees of winning

Not really, If you look at the stats, they should have turned the possession in the opponent’s box and sheer volume of chances compared to France into a win.
