reality check: good deeds will ended you behind the bars and socialy ostracized because of false accusations. example: help a damsel in distress because of drowning, then get sued for doing cpr (her reasons: forced kisses and indecent act without her consent while she was passout because drowning) bad deeds will give you wealth and comfort in life, example: corrupt official, mafia, only fan girls, prankster on tiktok and or any other social media, etc.
Thankfully here we have the good the samaritan law which protects people from being sued in civil cases against people trying to save another in a medical emergency. But if I remember right it only applies to things within your ability. Like if you had CPR training at any point. Not sure if that law is on a state by state basis.
@@GiantTalkingTreesure you keep telling yourself that. I know a person that saw a traffic accident, one person had been thrown from their car, was laying in the middle of the opposite lane. Seeing on coming traffic they got out of their vehicle and pulled the person out of the way a few seconds before they were crush. (It was night time. This action broke the accident victims spine but save their life. They then sued their savior and got 200k in todays money. That kind samaritan driven into years of near poverty was my grandfather, good Samaritan laws done mean anything.

Again it just takes a judge or jury to decide they don’t like you and you’re cooked. I understand I’m a bit more cold hearted on this than most but i don’t ask for help, never have because I know I wouldn’t help unless they’re family.
