    I was taught that the coils in my left hand should be larger to smaller in diameter (not by much maybe an inch each) from left to right so as not to get tangled. It doesn't look like you do that. I was taught that by my grandfather who was a Texas calf roper. I haven't ever seen anyone do this other than me when going to ropings. What say you?
