As much as I love my Parasound 2125v2, I upgraded to the NAD C298 and love it even more!

Thank you for the review. I am wondering, however, if the comparison of the Stellar Phono with the JC3+ is a fair one, since the latter is almost twice as expensive as the PS Audio Stellar Phono? A better comparison might have been with the JC 3+ Jr., which retails for around $2,000. Furthermore, the Gold Note is selling for around $1,300. It is the extra PSU for around $1,000 that brings it closer to the PS Audio in price. Aside from this minor criticism, I really enjoyed the review. Thank you again.

Thank you for sharing this, not at all cause the stellar Phono really never disappointed compare it to the more expensive JC3+ in terms of Dynamic, musicality and soundstage, also stellar is coming with a more versatile setup and remote control, for me a great value for money product!

Cinematic; nice way to describe the sound 👍
Nice piece of gear. I can imagine it may become a bit too 'cinematic' when using warmer sounding speakers. I personally prefer a more realistic midrange, especially for wind instruments. Anyway, thanks for your insights!

I have the Cisco version of Aja from way back. It is excellent. The Analog Productions UHQR takes it to another level.

UHQR are top but here in Europe are pretty expensive unfortunately, for example i was comparing my UHQR copy of kind of Blue with a standard one and OMG!

In the states you can pick up the Stellar for $3k but they have sales if you’re a subscriber, so you can get it for much cheaper. The JC3+ is pretty much $2500 (silver) and $2750 (black).

I thought JC3+ is more expensive in US!

@@MadAudiofficial I’ve been watching the prices because I wanted to pick one up. You can get a used one for about $2k but you have to watch and wait. PS Audio equipment doesn’t hold its value very well so you can used for quite a bit less (again, in the US).

I really like your reviews, well done! I see a Pro-ject Phono Box RS2 in the footage, how does that compare? I am really considering this one as well.
    Thanks
