Y'know, you could also use the leftover Professor X Suit to make a more classic Mr. Burns. His suit used to be more blue than green so it's really just a: "win/win/win" - Michael Scott.

Ahsoka’s shorter blade is supposed to be yellow. I don’t get why Lego got away with that one, but a clone trooper having the slightest little inaccuracy gets them crucified by the community.
Hm, didn't know the 3L lightsaber bar already exists in this color. However, I think I'll rather replace it instead with a trans neon green bar, then it's still the same length, but at least the color of the shoto is more accurate. It is actually yellowish green, not regular green but Disney seems to have forgotten that lately.

Another option is to use the suit for Norman Osborn. Although, based on current leaks a Norman Osborn figure is coming out in the Oscorp tower set.
If you don’t care about Marvel, you can also get the lightsaber blade in the Classic Alien CMF which is cheaper than Mr. Burns.
