- Ironman GNCC 22 AM Bike Wrecks, Crashes and Carnage. The Ironman GNCC for 2022 was simply legendary. Temps were perfect, nice sunny days, track was dry but can't complain about the weekend overall! The AM Bikes were nuts on the hillclimbs, tons of struggles made for some good footage. Like and subscribe for more XC racing videos.

Dude. I’m a RUclips junky. I’ve never. I repeat. NEVER seen such good content. And I’m only 11 minutes in!!! Absolutely amazing to see so much madness. I’m laughing so hard😂 I even raced the AM #1 and didn’t see this chaos. Row 4 so not as much action in front of us.

when you get to a hill stand up over the bars and hit it as fast as you can, momentum climbs hills. if you get stuck, flip that bike around as fast as possible or drag it down and go again, never get stuck and try to run a bike up. Energy is key use gravity

They split the morning race, into 8am and 10am races, the 10am which was all of your older A, B, and Wxc classes hit Ironman hill. Was wild
