Hi Nice vidéos ! it seems to be impossible to join the Club from Tunisia but if you have another way to communicate let us know ! Great job ;) By the way , i like your way of playing with your fingers, it sounds like oriental percussion...here in Tunisia cajon players don't like this way of playing (with fingers) they say cajon is not a Darbouka ! so i'm glad to know that i'm not the only one who love that way of playing and how it sounds !
Hey there! I think it’s just a matter of time before RUclips expands the feature to all countries. Thanks for waiting! Ahhh I see. I’m really glad to read that there are other people using this technique and enjoying it. Actually, I hope I can play Darbouka too one day.
@@rosslmccallum So let me introduce to you the Tunisian Darbouka wich is a little bit different from the Oriental Darbouka known by the world. it's smaller than the oriental one but we can make a lot of things with it ;) ruclips.net/video/yXgiFwZq_RE/видео.html
I found it hard to follow along with everything after the flam until I found myself repeating "flam tap (mm) snare (mm) snare bass (mm) snare bass" 2:50

Ideal camera angle for the video, makes following along just that much easier. Cheers for the vid!
Glad you appreciate the angle. I’m doing it on all of my lessons now. Most videos this year have it I think. Thanks for watching!
@@rosslmccallum So much better than the other angles.
Awesome dude. I have just started on the cajon, and your videos are the best lesson I have found on the internet. Great groove and tutorials!

Oh thank you! I thought I could do much better with the structure etc. but maybe this style just works :-) glad you liked it.
what is your app your using on your phone to track your beats?
Good positioning for the flam Ross. nice to see it as small spot of spice that adds to the groove..😁 I like it best at around 70 bpm
Yeah 70-80 is the sweet spot I think! Glad you liked it. Try it on some of your other grooves too :-)
Very useful flamtap ross..i use that always for my freestyle, friends jam thumbs up for that😁

Hey there Miguel! It’s called “Impulse”. Have a nice day :-)
As a person who never played drums before.. And just get a cajon for christmas it was extremely difficult xdd
But I did it.. Slowly but I did it.. Xd
Very well done!!! Way to jump in and get started :-)
