can I get 4k 144hz by using Type c to display port cable from my MacBook Pro M1 16 inch. Or using a usb 4 cable without any converter or thunderbolt hub. I am considering buying it. The only thing that concerns me is that, will it run 4k 144hz on mac!? So, please let me know or you can create a detailed video on this topic.
This is a nice little humble set up, I usually see these setup videos by RUclipsrs and when I go to add something to my set up I see it costs a million dollars but I can actually afford the stuff in your set up so I can add it to mine
You should definitely consider the Philips M1N5800A. It's a 4K 32" monitor with a 144hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 support, so suitable for console gaming. Going to pick one up tomorrow.
@@Mannyallin From what I remember is that the curved one uses a VA panel. It results in more vibrant colors and deeper blacks, but ghosting and blur are definitely more worse on (most) VA panels. With that in mind I would always choose for an IPS panel. The normal M32U without curve does use a IPS panel I think.

LG C2 OLED 42" is the monitor to get. I have the CX 48" and I don't plan on going back to anything else when it comes to gaming. OLED is simply the best for gaming for console and PC.

LOVE the setup brother! I have a very similar setup with my standing desk, laptop, and PS, but you've definitely given me some pointers on minimizing and making better use of my desktop space. As for the monitor, in September I upgraded from the Gigabyte M27Q to the M28U for the 4K and couldn't be happier. It has been THE BEST monitor combination for productivity and gaming at an affordable price. I know you're still testing it but I don't think you'll be disappointed. One question I do have for you though is about speakers. I noticed that you just used headphones, do you ever use speakers for editing, etc., or was going with headphones just more to help save space within this setup? Thanks!

I know it's not question for the setup but I'll ask: Can you balance your life between the wife, the child, the job and every normal life situation with gaming and I'm not asking exactly how to do that but what basic concept I need to keep in mind if one day I need to balance these things out? Sorry for asking this but I wondered because gaming is part of my childhood and build my personality and I love to play games and I know I won't have a lot of time to do it when life starts to hit harder but still if I have a minimal time to do it I will do it. Alot of people who has a family finds time for gaming. You need a wife who understands that this is your hobby, if you don't you will never be able to play games.
