45,000 baht a month is well over priced ,there was a very similar house for rent totally refurbished 3 bedroom house near my house just off Third road 25,000 baht a month in a much better location + you can get a pool villa in a similar location for 30-35K a month

Michael it’s a Thai house that was renovated to western standards. If you want a Thai style house. Yes you can find them for 25k. But the couch and beds will be super hard with No oven or wash machine in most cases. It’s all up to each person as to what comforts they want in a house. 👍

That is a nice house no doubt only thing i would do is put the TV on the other wall so your couch can face it and not be on the side of the couch
