I remember the time I tried to be a MAC dealer. The regional guys was all about it and was read to get it done. The area guy never contacted me and didn't want to. Meaning he was not interested even though he was in my city for the week he was supposed to contact me.
@@charliesierra2131Yeah. We have all four trucks stop by our shop. But we also don’t let techs just hang out on the truck for 30 minutes while on the clock. Get the tool(s) you need and get out.
Agree people should not be hanging out for an extended time. Should get on do your business and get off. However 30 min is not much time in all reality. Now if you are lucky enough to get multiple trucks every week and then it is 30 ish min almost every day then that is a lot of time

Well, if the business wants them to have the tools needed to do the jobs they sell then you let the guys on a truck.
