@@bryanb7050 yes I think the fades began in the 1950s in the military not the 40s. Maybe a taper but this kind of skin fade I don't believe was around yet

Excellent video and magnificent haircut. Sat through the whole cut. I’ve been cutting/fading my own hair for almost two years now, mostly to save money and I’ve saved a lot… but I would gladly pay a premium for something like this. 👌🏼

Hey Ben, awesome haircut as always. I am grasping knowledge and experience from your cuts and I try to introduce them into mine. Just out of curiosity, how long does it take you to create such a detailed haircut? Mine are taking 45mins and I wish I was able to go down to 30minutes some day... Guess I have to switch up my process and apply changes but I am just wondering how long does it take you to create such a work of art?
I would say you need to allow more time and increase your prices to cover the extra time. I don’t think you can do this cut in 30 mins.
My barber books an hr for bald fades. Take avg 45min

All scissors is kind of boring IMO. I like some variation in my ASMR
@toad I know what you mean, but clippers are so monotone and often overpowering. I like the combination of regular scissors and thinning scissors myself.
The ads need to be in the beginning or the end. Really kills the mood when 1 pops up right in the middle
@Scotto I don't see any ads. I have RUclips premium so not sure if this makes a difference. So many vids have the actual promotion as part of their video which really annoys me as I pay for premium with no ads.
