- Today we are looking at the star citizen ship which revolutionized style and speed in the modern UEE and put Origin Jumpworks on the map, the 300i. From an experimental looks prototype to the most affordable luxury ship in it's class, the 300i has fundamentally changed how ships were designed in the UEE.

My first ship was a 300 series, I was able to modify it. So many years and dollars ago.
Ironically my first ship was also a 300i. I adore it so much now being able to fly it and my Taurus in the PU that I finally realized I could customize it.
The reason I say this is all ironic is because I *just* found the customization interface the other day and spent the first money on Star Citizen since I pledged a Taurus in 2014 ($13.65) 😂

Man I wish the 300 series were actual starter packs. That said one thing I appreciate with SC is the fact that good ol Earth is still alive and kicking and not a lifeless husk like in most space settings.

First ship over 10 years ago was a 325a. Still have it, fully customized with LTI, includong the custom upgrades (was their test platform for ship customization). Deep, dark black, custom weapon and component layout... My first love in game, Black Betty. Ill never lart with her, and with LTI, actually can't be parted from her.
Nor her sister ship, a 350r in cobalt blue I've had nearly as long. I am rather fond of the 300 series. Both have enjoyed a permanent place in my hangar.
315p is my first ever ship, upgraded to it before I even finished installing the game. Have never looked back and I really doubt I ever will; no matter how many ships I have!

I have an original bounty hunter LTI package sold in 2012 that came with a 300I and a physical green card + squadron42. I still own my 300I, never selling it!

The only Origin ship I have ever considered is the 400i. My brother has one and I love everything about it! I think it is the design. It feels a bit more rugged than typical OJ ships, and I like that!

I want to see it in the verse, every time the cargo 600 is mentioned. It would be fantastic, and work from lore perspective, if it was in the old angular origin style. Just using the general shape as a baseline.

Before the weapon size rework the 325a was my main and only fighter. Soloing HHs with it was too much fun
Heya Paul, hope you're doing well. Is this a repost, because I swear I've seen this before. Not complaining, just got a strong sense of deja vu. Love the 300 series, and some of the other ships by the manufacturer. Keep it up :)
You'd only have seen this if you are a Patreon, this was actually edited by my editor Urai so I know it's not a repost. There is some info which matches with the M50 video but I've never done a video on the 300i like this.
This is my favorite aesthetic Starter Ship. I'd love to switch the locker and bathroom positions but the exterior is beautiful. Structurally, a shield tank makes the most sense to protect the ship but I doubt that it will get a rework anytime soon. Unfortunately, it's not the best in any category compared to the other starters but it is the most or 2nd most expensive.
The 300i is a neat ship. But to make everything hostile on the HUD because the HUD color is red, I dont know what CIG did smoke. Since you can not change the HUD color there are only two options: Dont buy, or melt it.

If any CIG team members see this I would give you many money's for a 200 observation craft. Just make sure Crewe doesn't talk about it before release, don't want it 400 sized.

(A lexus is far more reliable than a BMW. while still considered a luxury vehicle. )
any honda = mostly reliable but also as thin skinned as an aurora
man the old design looks terrible in comparison to the current version, except I miss the gull-wing doors
They look way too good to suck as bad as they do. They also need to ditch the yoke for a stick and throttle. The 325a, from a PVP perspective, can beat a Titan... That's it's only job. That's all it's good at. 😢
