The star of the show here is Raz Fresco imo. He totally outshined his rapping counterpart and carried every instrumental, when usually the instrumental carries the rapper. This guy is crazy with them bars bro. He's way too slept on. I'm really glad Westside Gunn showed him respect and teamed him up with Estee Nack for this little EP.
"thank you for the love my brother. its funny cuz I was feeling like I didn't even splash like how I wanted to on this project. This project happened because I was throwing a series of shows earlier this year and brought Nack out to preform with me. After our Montreal show I brought Nack to Craven's house and then after that I brought him to meet Mike Shabb. That's how this project came to be as well as Nack's collab with Mike Shabb. More importantly, I met Estee Nack almost 10 years ago @ Show and Prove weekend at Allah School of Mecca. Our relationship is knowledge, wisdom and understanding first and foremost, hiphop culture/business after. Long story short, we met as civilized original men building our understanding of the universe, not as rappers building our rap careers. rest in peace to King Asiatic Allah. all praises due to Westside Gunn." -Raz Fresco
@@BKRSCLB I didn't know you and Estee Nack linked in the past but i love that your friendship is deeper than rap 💯 These are the types of people you need in life.
Trill has a point with that. Nack is nice no doubt actually one of the most unique pens, but Pun is on ANOTHER LEVEL. Pun was just elite in every sense of the word
Yo bro i dont really care but craven preaches to not sample snitch and that and youre like showing the samples he using n that. Maybe u just dont give a f*uck. Love the vid bro
Oh fr? Never heard him say that. Is what it is, its up now. Did it for my fair exchange no robbery video too, didnt catch no backlash. If I MYSELF can find the sample on google in 2.5 seconds I think that's a silly rule to live by I respect it though. Appreciate the heads up 🙏🏾.
Exactly, if someone wanted to find the sample they can literally just google it like I did 😅. No disrespect to them though, just wont do it anymore. I honestly think it just brings a different element to the videos though cus aint nobody researching the samples.
No shade bro and this is 100% just my opinion…but ion think theres any reason a fan should remotely give af about sample snitching. The copyright laws are dumb and outdated imo but it’s pretty clear that if you use a sample without clearing it youre 1) stealing from whoever you’re sampling and 2) opening yourself up to lawsuits. Now if you wanna sample a record without paying the owner anyways - I honestly don’t care but it ain’t the fan responsibility to know or care about whether a artist cleared a sample for a song that THEY decided to put in front of millions of people and hope not to get caught. And if they do get caught a it’s prob cus the song got so popular the owner heard it, or the owner just ran the song thru some basic song detection software….not because someone put it in a review. Now I understand if it’s unestablished artist or producer who ain’t got the bread to clear these samples and just tryna get put on…but if you big enuff to be worried about word getting backed to the song owner, you big enuff to be a big boy and either clear it or at least take ownership if you end up in legal trouble.
Craven showed out once again, bros super underrated and is on a run right now 🐐
Fresh Ep Great Reaction 👏👏👏👏👏
That Fleece track is on another level

Great reaction Tev!! What a project, I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

Don’t discredit nack if you just admitted you don’t even know what he’s saying half of the time
Calling out outlandish comparisons to Pun THAT FANS MADE is not a discredit.
