I love this so much! Thank you for showing us your notes and well loved bible. Makes my heart happy. May many people view this video and feel inspired to open the Word of God. Be blessed! -Britt
My Bible and all my study resources are digital (not online - either e-books or actual PDFs - so I can add as many pages as I want. I can carry my whole library with me. I know a lot of people don’t like it but it works for me.
@ , I do write by hand. I use an Apple Pencil. I use it constantly. And I agree. It does help retention. Plus I just like the relaxing flow of writing. Seldom type anything except on SM.
Hi Rebecca! I can’t believe my video stumbled across you! I love your videos 🥰❤️ You inspired me to get the rainbow colored tabs! 🙏🏽 Thank you for your sweet encouragement 😊
I also have the red, black and red ESV study bible, my husband has the same one but with the soft faux leather cover. I use it as a reference / study tool when bible studying and then use my journal bible for note taking.
I've been loving these videos from you so far! I would love to see a video on how you study your bible/what commentaries you use, other study bibles/books etc. 🤍 I love to journal and take notes in my bible as well so seeing how other people take notes is so cool!
Eva, thanks for sharing. I too have the hardcover but looking at your softcover I may consider changing. Also, being a glasses girly, I think I would benefit from a larger print. I love the way you notate in your Bible, and it’s a great idea to notate little smaller notes on the sides. I’ve tried using a glue stick to add tip ins but they usually end up falling out, if you can suggest another alternative I’d love to hear about it. ❤ 𝒮𝒾𝓈 𝒞𝒽𝒶𝓇𝓂𝒶𝒾𝓃ℯ
Hi! I like the softcover alternative better too, because there are so many cute designs that you can choose from. For example, I believe Hosanna Revival, The Daily Grace Co and Kingfolk Co. sells ESV Bibles. 🩷 if your Tip-ins are falling out, could it possibly be the thickness of your paper? My paper is quite thin and they don’t fall out, but I can definitely do a video on how I keep mines in. But as another alternative, I’ve seen people use washi tape!
@@NJCreatives thank you for responding. I will check my paper next time. Thank you so much for the alternative. Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year ♡
I also think you should put a date on your notes. I've been doing it for over 20 years now, and its really cool when you read a verse and you see the date that goes with the note, you remember what that verse was telling you back then or the thoughts you had about it. So yeah, put the date on your notes! 🥰. And i wanted to ask you, are you taking this bible with you? Its a big bible, isn't it? I have the personal size ESV study bible, but the print is so small I can hardly read it anymore.
Hey! I will definitely take that experienced advice ☺️ I actually don’t take my ESV Study Bible with me, because it’s so huge LOL. BUT!! I do carry around my Prayer Bible, which is an ESV ‘Compact’ large print Bible off of Amazon! I think the letters are not too small, and I believe it’s a step up from the personal size. But it unfortunately doesn’t have the study notes. So definitely look into that! Stay Tuned, bc I’ll be posting way more about ALL of my Christian Essentials!! 🩷🙏🏽
I've been hoping you would do this video. 😊 I have the same Bible tracker that I insert in all the Bibles I am reading. I also thought of putting the dates on them as I finish each book, might do that during my next read-through. I also have the same ESV Study Bible in hardback. Is your new ESV Study Bible in large print? I read from somewhere that the maps and other images in the large print are not as colored as in the regular print. Does it bother you? Can you make a video comparing the two Bibles side by side? Thank you so much!
Hi!! Yes my new ESV Study Bible is large print & it is double column instead of single column. There aren’t any colors, but it’s not grey and white. It’s more of a muted light brown and white! But I actually think I prefer it this way, while the one with colors actually distracts me more! LOL. But I’d love to do a video comparing my Bible to others that I’ve had/wanted to get!

That’s awesome! I know there are a plethora of great ways to journal and do Bible study digitally! ☺️
That's great for portablity but writing by hand helps with memory retention. But whatever Works for you ❤

Hey! Hubby surprised me with the leather version! I am so excited. Purchased some tabs and new highlighters. This will be my 2025 Bible! ❤

Is your cover the 9 x 7 x 2?
My Bible cover was custom made using my Bible’s dimensions: 9.25 x 6.5 x 2.75 🙃
