I had prayed to God to deliver me from my unhealthy relationship with food, ever since that prayer I felt a motivation like no other to watch my calories and to exercise, I kid you not! I lost a huge amount of weight in a space of 1 week!!!! My dad told me I lost weight, he thought it was exam stress but later on I remembered it was the prayer I made. God really listens.
