Yea so the $500 and $1000 are pretty much fake since it's more of a setup just for the video so please don't go spending $500-$1000 on mystery boxes and expect anything like this😂
I’m glad you mentioned the 500 and 1000 were custom made. Because tbh I feel like there’s no chance I’ll be able to get the same stuff from someone who knows you 😂
@@sodorflubbs5000 Not always, RUclipsr's have done the conparison in the past where they order something and their name is known and then they hire aka pay a friend or viewer (someone not popular and known to the seller) do also order the very same thing, at the same price from the same seller. One guy on a 500 dollar pokemon mystery bundle made around a 50 dollar increase in the youtuber bought box and a 60 dollar loss on the viewers box. So, there's definitely a chance for a youtuber to get far better chances than any random person without the side of fame from filming and basically advertising the product. As even without specifically naming the seller of the mystery bundle, if people go out and get mystery bundles because of the videos it gives the seller a chance to get more business.
13:15 every time I think back to how I didn't save my old cards, I think about the holo Entei I had that I always wished I saved. I was shocked when I saw you flip that same card lol
Dude, I had the delta species holo Charizard when I was a kid, and of course its in bad condition and I don't even know at which box of toys which we threw away. This shit will always haunt me forever.
The walgreen mystery box ones are apparently known for the foil cards to not be in there. I got scammed out of them as well and asked about it to find it the foil cards are known to be missing or taken out.
Got lucky opening that Brushfire theme box. A lot of times the "crinkled" part of the plastic on the 60 cards ends up being over the holo and you end up with a sticky residue on the card. In this case it was on the back card. Not as much value lost, since the box is obviously worth more sealed.
The boarding passes were given out by All Nippon Airways during a limited campaign during 1997. There were three you could get and you got them for flying with the airline.
All base set theme decks had the same holofoil - Brushfire has Ninetales, Overgrowrth has Gyarados, Zap has Mewtwo and Blackout has Hitmonchan. I bought Brushfire deck when I was a teen because I wanted Ninetales.
i saved all of my old pokemon cards from when i was a kid - base set included. when going through some of it, i ended up finding that i had saved all of the old coins/pamphlets/damage counters from the theme decks that i got, and even have the original box for the water/fighting deck that had the base set holo vaporeon in it! i even found the old play mats that my brother and i used to play the tcg on. my old cards are well loved and probably not worth much, but the memories and nostalgia are priceless imo.
Why do you think CGC is the “least valuable” of the three? I don’t really think it works like that. Also I feel like CGC perfect 10s sell higher than PSA 10s, but of course BGS brings the big bucks.
OMG I was upset at Christmas when I was a kid cuz my grandma got me like six of those packs. We returned them and got regular Pokemon cards instead. Bad trade for an ungrateful brat! Lol.
Oh my god I had so many of the tops cards when I was younger, they were just cheap pokemon cards back then, had loads rammed in a box 😭 how times have changed haha
Watching this makes me so upset. I remember seeing all these crazy base set deck set boxes with Charizard, Blastoise, or Venusaur holos respectively back in the late 90s to early 2000s and we just didn't buy them because Pokémon was so new and fresh. We had no idea what we were looking at. And the idea of getting ONE decent holo everyone had and effectively the then equivalent of worthless bulk? Big MEH. It hurts so much reliving that in my head. If I could contact my child self... man, that allowance would go into base booster boxes and deck packs.

Lmao the Ivysaur pull "yooo venasaur!!" had me rolling, haha.
Fr
"Shoulda kept it sealed"
“Why do you do this to yourself”
"have you told your therapist about this?"
"are you happy with yourself?"
"Now do it again"
Love how he kept saying venasaur when it was ivysaur
ik 😂😂
I say ivysaur the on it
Now I don’t even want to watch it
@@thegamingrepublic3080 same, why do all these poketubers make mistakes like this. They dont even know

No, but you could ask them to make up a box for you and I’m sure you’d get something good. 😊

Entai is my favorite and I’ve been keeping every entai my son pulls and I got a graded entai just to have one.
I love you admit upfront you're going to get bangers because he's your friend
bro called Ivysaur a Venasaur when the name is literally right there on the card
You can tell he has no clue what he's talking about. He said Charizard V and VMAX in Darkness Ablaze as if it was Champion's Path.
@Jinx God and @Jame Graves
Both so true lol
He has done it before as well x,D

7:53 CGC slab with the PSA logo at the bottom?
It’s the slab bag, PSA branded
That's literally just the sleeve. The plastic sleeve. No conspiracy here

Bassically i learned dont buy mystery product, never saw someone scammed that much.

The 500 and 1000 dollar box where on point. I wish this was how real mystery boxes worked all the time.
Exactly 😂
That Mew boarding pass looks so nice , that's gotta be the best one for me love it !!!! 🔥🔥
Fully agree. I'd go so broke if I was offered a custom Mew mystery box.
My sealed collector heart is hurting when he opened that rocket pack
From 200 to 8 hahaha 😅
bro was so excited for a code card
Big shoutout to random chance vs a custom catered to you box.
16:06 only $8? That can’t be right…
Fr
bro said with so much confidence it's "VENASUAR", when its really ivysaur
20:46 venasaur🥲
Checked out the moment you started opening mystery boxes 'custom made for you'.
Nice venasaur
Tbh id crack any good cgc slab and regrade with bgs anyday

“He’s been plugging us for a minute.” Mystic Rips 2024
Homie loves losing money 😅
Is nobody gonna talk about who he kept saying? IT’S GONNA BE and I had to finish it with ME!😂😂😂
BTW I AM NOT BULLYING😅 love your videos❤❤
4:53 I just paid $5 for this set recently and pulled a gold and black pikachu vmax
20:53 "YO A VENESAUR A STARTER VENSAUR"...
did he open a 250$ vintage pack to pull out a 8$ holo card? :,)
Just because it's a mystery box, it doesn't mean you *have to* open up everything.. that Brushfirebox being opened hurt, at least for me
The 500$ pull was amazing 💪
The $50 one is $13 in Walmart 😂😂😂
Wow seeing those team rocket cards from that booster brought back mad memories haha 😂
god please no one be dumb enough to buy custom mystery pokemon boxes especially when they know they are sending them to a content creator
Its funny how he jinxed him self when saying its not any mistery box and first two slabs are less then shiny zard but he still acted happy
The “50$” box is 30 retail. In walmart rn.
It's crazy how many times that happens with the Pokemon names in his videos😂😂
I remember getting the brush fire set way back when. Oh the memories
Wow! Horrible pull on the $250 Charizard box. Absolutely awful
Iconic mystery items are the best hands down!
VENUSAR LMAO
Do you pay all of those mytery pokemon boxes?
love the vid homie 🔥 i gotta get you sent over some shiny vert products asap 😤😤😮💨🎁
such a underrated pokémon youtuber
that OH YEAH Code card sounded like joe swanson
man just called ivysaur venasaur XD had me on the floor XD
That is a bit sus, getting the only rainbow rare in a random Walgreens mystery pack.
that's a small venusaur
Why is everything about the price or what it's 'worth'? Why can't we just appreciate the artwork and the artists that created the cards?
because he's not a real fan or collector of Pokémon.
Because they wanna get they money back
Yea but if you pay that much for it, you need that money back
@@anthonycardenas7863he is
The video is about different expensive mystery boxes and he wants to see if they are worth it
THE MAGNETON GOES FOR 6K PSA 10!!!!
That's how the plastic was in 90s trust 😂 I opened lots of theme decks .....knockout
Psy, brushfire, base set deck,
magneton one of the most expensive card in the set, price: 8 dollars :(
Mystic you should try opening a poke collect pack they are really cool! Loved this video
damn, so much nostolgia from my childhood xD
The foil card anyway is 99% chance of just being a modern reverse card that's worth like 5 cents
Those entei black star promos are everywhere I had like 12 as a kid, it was something to do with the movie I think.
A VENASUAR BRO. THE Ivysuar:🥹
I think your little white mystery box is the best❤️
I like Pokémon cards. I graded one and got a 10 giratina v star zenith
Vstar and I have one to and the mewtwo vstar
@@anniemartin5600 I actually have 2 giratina lol
I love watching people gamble
pretty cool venasaur tbh, dont listen to the naysayers
I'm surprises he didn't confuse these with Digimon cards
A holo every pack was Jungle forward. Base set didn't have those odds

Ok first I love how he was calling ivysaur a venasaur 😂 also some of those cards were crazy I wish I had thise
No matter what he does Pokemon he macks bangers 😂

12:02 ANA (Al Nippon Airways) also have a few Pokémon livery planes
20:45 Venasaur?😂
5 packs for $50 that's a rip off in itself 😂😂😂
I have a 1990's 25th celebration team rocket's zapdos reverse holo pokemon card
So much packaging work for $10 or $25 booster packs.. is it really worth all that money?
Brandon ( Mystic7 ) actually got that card when he first opened the shining fates months ago and it's was his first set of 10 pack pull
he didnt notice when he said venasaur instead of ivysaur
No way saw the entei and was so amazed as I collect enteis❤❤❤
Pocket monster is whats its called over in japan
On the CGC graded Ditto, was it in a plastic sleeve from PSA or is something just completely wrong?
It's the sleeve haha
Darkness Ablaze is going up in value, you say??
Do you still have some of those base set cards? I am interested in buying some of them!
What a cool venasaur. We got a venasaur.😂
The fact people pay stupid amounts of money for worthless cards like the Topps cards is insane. I had a ton and hated them cause they were pointless.
I still can't believe he got a rainbow alcreamie vmax with a 10 dollar pack that's lucky
I’ve always wanted a online code card
Bet he get Ninetails ....bet o yeah everyone got a Ninetails 😂😂
Why do you open the packets so fast and rough.. it's not a race
Am I being dumb or is it weird the ditto was CGC graded but in a PSA slab
My favorite is Pikachu! Ive been a fan since day one 🖤
Oh my god I had so many of the tops cards when I was younger, they were just cheap pokemon cards back then, had loads rammed in a box 😭 how times have changed haha
Is it just me that has those older cards that are worth loads?
I have that Entei from child hood, it was my favorite !!!
My brother had that same card a while back!
