Well considering Biden has been asking for money to fix the infrastructure DJT dismantled before he left office, since Biden’s first year in office, isn’t disingenuous. Did you know that happened? Did you know that DJT gutted the entire apparatus? Did away with the courts, the legal aid, the lawyers, the social workers, the personnel, closed several facilities and then redirected the funding for these things.
Biden sought money to fix all these issues and also to reunite the kids DJT lost when he separated them from their families, but congress has yet to approve any funding to fix the problems DJT exacerbated at the border.
And its a republican working on the deal, not just democrats looking for a political win for Biden.
