they are now, u can get the rs line ive seen for 20 thousand where in 2021 the iconic was 18 thousand so its not that much more compared to a model up from the base

Mein Biest ist von den Motor Geräusche her laut aber noch aushaltbar. Keine Windgeräusche mehr. Man kann auch auf der Autobahn fahren, auch längere Strecken. Hätte auch davor den Clio IV, 90 ps. Mit den konnte man nicht Autobahn fahren. Extreme Windgeräusche, keine normale Unterhaltung funktionierte. Hatte den alten fast 8 Jahre, 184.000km bis die Steuerkette zu erneuern war. Viel Spaß mit dem Clio5 😉
I have a Clio V with a 100hp TCE 1.0 engine, they were producing it for about 1,5 years and than downgraded it into 90hp. Does anyone know why? And how much a difference it really is? Because when I compare my TCE100 with TCE90 from Clio IV, my car has much, much more punch although the top speed is the same. Also I've got "sport mode" in manual, which simply gives full throttle even you barerly touch the gas pedal. The car is very dynamic and snappy than.
100 PS 5 Speed reaches 198 km/h on a straight road, red line is at 6500RPM (instead of 6000 with the TCE90). Downhill I managed 246 @ around 5500 RPM with it once, but never doing that again (didn't feel well starting at around 230km/h and I want to keep the engine)
Drove 167KM/H in a 50PS Lupo when I was speed testing it, THAT was scary, everything shakes and the response of the steering wheel, Jesus, never did that again, don't drive over 140km/h. After that: Seat Ibiza, fine till 170 km/h, over that and the response began to give warning signs. The Clio 5 TCE 100 I have instead still gives nearly the same secure feeling and response at max speed as if you would drive ≈100km/h, nothing to worry about, very smooth handling. Downhill the response starts to get bad at 227km/h, but normally you don't reach that speed anyways.
@@yanikzumstein5261 Those engines are super reliable bro, Toyota thank god if it was an french engineered 1.0 it would explode at 50k, 194k still going strong and the poor thing was abused, i try to take care tho (the poor engine was had it's change of oil and all filters at 168k before that they didn't change only added oil since it was at 100k khilometers, now i know it will explode cause every time i compliment it something happens 🤣🤣)

The decrease was caused by emissions. The engine received a GPF filter, but also a 6-speed gearbox.
@@peterstevko5938 I tried it. it's much slower and less punchy, it's super sad. I'm so glad I bought 100hp.

I drove 1.3 tce 130 ps one at 228 kmh downhill it felt like car was about to disintegrate around me I was trying to catch up with vw passat
