Speaking of Samaritans. If you read the current Torah that's included in the Christian Bible, called the Masoretic text, it says(referring to Prophet Ishmael (as))
*He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone’s hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers.”* [Genesis 16:12]
And if you read the older Samaritan Torah, it says:
*He will be fertile of man. His hand will be with everyone. And everyone’s hand will be with him. And he will live among all his brothers.* [Genesis 16:12]
They went out of their way, to distort the image of a Prophet of God. No fear or regard to God, whatsoever. There are over 6 thousand differences between the Mosoretic and Samaritans Torahs.

As far as the Quran is concerned there is no problem with how one approaches it. Be it agreement or contradiction, if you approach the Quran on the basis of sound reasoning, no human being can stop any verse of the Quran as institutionally confirmed contradiction after you get logical interpretations of it!
