I must say I think you underestimated the importance / purpose of the Goat god because for new players that have sailed through w4 and who still have lvl 20-30 in Lab, being able to focus on both simultaneous is not just useful but essential so that they can get to the point where 5-6 in lab is enough. otherwise amazing guide and thank you for putting context to every detail so succinctly, couldn't of understood it 100% properly without this guide.
Totally agree. Problem with a lot of youtubers is they are super late game pimped out accounts and so don't think with the mindset of a newer player who's rushed to world 5. The other thing not really sold enough in this video is how strong scaled skill efficiency blessing is - it's super good at helping maestro in particular get good samples for printer and level up it's skills quicker.
That's a very good point, and I did not fully consider it from that perspective. I would say you have two choices in that situation, either using the goat to get the levels you need in Lab and Divinity, or if you have enough Divinity EXP gain, you could abandon lab for 1-2 weeks to get TranQi. Then link with Harriep for more Printing Sampling while you shove your characters back in the Lab to finish leveling and profit from 6x more printing power during that time. The second solution is only viable if you can get enough +% EXP to Divinity, otherwise it could take a month or more to level Divinity to unlock TranQi.
@@FrankWhite1990 Very good points as well, Scaled Efficiency is definitely a huge help to the Maestro and I can see it being big for when we unlock new characters as it's possible to level them very fast and skills may have some difficulty keeping up while class EXP gains. Will try to keep the new player perspective in mind more with future content, thank you again!
@@NocturneGamingOfficial Classy replies :) I hope you know I mean no disrespect as it's a great video otherwise and I appreciate all the effort that goes into your content.
Came to post exactly this - I hate the prison *cough* I mean Lab. Both Divinity and Lab are prisons until you get to where you want to be, so to be able to level up both prisons at the same time is awesome. I've played for a long time, but I play casual (I don't bother min-max) so goat, is... well GOAT :D
The god Rank is gained by unlocking gods after the 10th god. You get god rank 1 by unlocking a god after the 10th god, for double the cost of God 10. Rank 2 has twice the cost of that... it gets expensive...
Always appreciate the support! We have an idea or two in the works and waiting for the World 5 bosses to be released. Let us know if there are things you would like to see covered.
Since my characters are leveling up divinity anyways, I just linked them to Goharut and tossed them in the lab so I can get lab and divinity at the same time, kinda seems like a waste using anything else when I could have both.
Do you have any recommendations for exp gain? I know you covered stamps and a bunch of others, but I have been training Divinity since the elemental sorcerer came out by rushing all my characters to the shared exp style, and my highest is only lv17. You were 70+ in the video and I'm CLEARLY missing something huge. It might be stamp+lab doubling? I just seem to be drastically and disproportionally far behind.
Basic EXP increases come from the Stamps, Statues, Alchemy Bubbles, Vials, and the Dinner Menu in World 4. Your largest increase to EXP comes from combining the Purrmep Link bonus and the Vitalic Style. It's a really slow process to get to Vitalic, but once you are there your level will increase exponentially faster. My best recommendation is to put all 10 characters into Divinity for a few days using the Mantra Style until you unlock Vitalic, then go back to using your characters for other things.
I'd like to point out you stated at @0:27 saying "which gods to use on which characters" but you never actually said which to use on which characters....
Thank you for pointing this out - I did not mention which bonuses to use on specific characters because it changes depending on what your goals are at that time, as each God can be useful for every character at different times.
This seems to be from the perspective of someone with a fairly advanced account, right? Because a lot of the things he says aren't very useful seem very useful to me and I've only been playing maybe 2 months. Like I just got to w5 a few days ago and (lucked out got a doot early) so the afk gains in random skills like gaming, sailing, and cooking are extremely helpful.
Everything in Divinity can be useful if used properly, and with Doot, they all become very good. When this guide was made Doot did not exist, and everything was said as a comparison. For example, getting 30% afk gains on all characters is better than using Omniphau for a random chance at something useful. There are multiple sources for Gaming, Sailing, and Cooking gains, so they are not as useful as the other bonuses.
First, Congrats! That is going to be a huge benefit later on for you! For the companion to give any benefits, it requires you to be at least level 5 in divinity on one character. After that it will give you access to all of the bonuses from the gods.
Nothing in particular that will help Divinity. You could use the Smithing Cards to get a little bonus there, but that's about it. I do not think the Skill EXP cards will effect Divinity either.
The trick to Divinity EXP is leveling up Divinity and Lab at the same time until you unlock the Style "Tranqi" then setting all of your characters to passively gain EXP while doing other things throughout the game.

Thanks again Nocturne! I’m curious what’s next up in the guides pipeline. Always excited to see new vids from you

Usually use Polytheism to link to Snehebatu or Harriep.

6:36 , defence and accuraccy should be least concern..., Le me who reached world 5 with 500k base damage ,14k acc and less than 1000 def
Accuracy and defense are super important.... Then you have so much you forget they exist! 😂😂
They realy made the exp game harder
