  • Hi, all dessert lovers.
It is a while since I uploaded the last video. Last few months were crazy: I traveled a lot to make more videos, I got burned out, we did kitchen reconstruction at home, my wife got busy with her cupcake baking, I worked on a new project and, as usual, I had to work a lot to…well, to earn money. 😄
This is the video from autumn, so it doesn’t really fit the Christmas mood. However, it’s always a good time to watch some dessert videos.
We finally visited FUWA FUWA Cafe in London, so I could try my first ever Japanese soufflé pancakes. And it was…you know what? Watch the video 😉
People comment a lot in the reviews that it takes a long time to make these pancakes. Like it is a bad thing?! Nothing good in life is made fast. It takes practice, love, and time to make great things...

Please go to the Pantry Cafe in Plumstead SE18 1QJ , they have insane breakfasts, their caramelized bacon pancakes are the best and they use eggs and other products from a nearby farm, the taste is so fresh and good

It's not a Japanese creation. Soufflé pancakes were invented in Hawaii, by chef Nathan Tran in 2009, at Cream Pot restaurant in Waikiki. Japanese chefs stole his creation. Just FYI.
