Omgggg that's a beautiful setup, I made an offer just off the RIP 92$ on 100000$ As IS property, the Agent is rep for the seller and ask for a pre approval letter and proof of funds, so I just said I'm going to wholesale this property so I'll double closing if we can get this on contract..What kinda of contract or contracts do I need to send over?

When using zillow or redfin do you contact their agents or contact the listing agent?
The Sellers agent is the listing agent, so always contact the listing agent.
