I love that Sienna is trying new sports and hobbies even at a relatively “older” age (most kids start and stick with a sport from a young age!) you inspired me to start field hockey last year and I’m so glad I made the decision to step out of my comfort zone and try something new.

I know it’s probably difficult to edit all the blur on the cheer routine but I so love that you did that because it was easier to see sienna and also I’m sure helps maintain privacy ❤️ it was lovely to see her having so much fun

I hope she continues gymnastics as well! I can see her winning a lot of comps, her discipline and technique really suits it, but I'm glad to see her try other things as well!
Couple of tips……soak the apples in lemon water (squeeze some lemon in water) and they won’t brown. For muscle issues, roll a tennis ball over the area. It’s also amazing for your feet. Bananas also help with cramps and sore muscles. Your phone is actually the magnetic part. My iPad and my phone both pick up metal things without the cases on lol. And yes, you are right, gymnastics helps a lot with cheerleading. There are many kids here in the USA that take gymnastics to get better at tumbling for cheerleading. The competitive cheerleading here in the USA is extremely competitive. Kids go to practice several days a week. No Pom Poms involved here in the USA either in competitive cheer. That is mainly just for professional cheerleaders (like professional teams) or high school/college and not all routines use them and not all colleges or high schools do either. There are cheer schools throughout the USA that are competitive clubs that don’t have anything to do with schools. It’s a huge sport here. Hope that helps clarify what competitive cheer in the USA is like. You can also watch videos on RUclips of competitive teams here. Just to clear up I do physics and both parts of it are magnetic ones positive one is negative and that's why a magnet has a blue and red side one side positive one side negative 💙
@@FrenchPinkLemonadeI guess it depends on the case you have then because my plastic cases don’t pick up anything metal by themselves. They will if my phone or iPad are on them but then, it’s still my phone or my iPad attracting the metal, not my case.

You’ve done such a long way! I loved all star cheer but I started a lot later and regret not starting earlier!
Something I’d say about jumps is look at cheer tutorials, keep you’re motions before jumps really locked and tight (jump workouts are amazing) and for your back and front walkovers to keep clasping and arms beside your ears once you finish and then clean! but you are one talented and determined girl sienna! ❤️

im from uk and started cheerleading when i was 9 and stopped at 17. i had no skills when i started and then ended up going to worlds (competition in florida).
if ur thinking of starting it is a lot of hard work as u level up and costs A LOt of money !

A tip if you don’t want your apples slice to turn brown is to put a few drops of lemon juice on them and then they won’t turn brown

This is not meant to be rude but tips for ur team is you extension the bases need to put ur legs together also when ur flying don’t wobble no matter what keep ur arms locked
I’m so glad she’s doing cheer I do Pom cheer which is basically the same thing but we do a dance with no tumbling or stunted or flyer! But we do do beginner lifts and complete around the uk hope you had an amazing time!
