We really enjoyed the vlog style. We also noticed the little suction cups as you walked in the door. Thank you for suggesting them for your diy awning by the way. We also really appreciated the final words on the state of affairs in our world and your appreciation of everyone involved. Love what you guys are doing with this channel and your family.

Ok I have a question.......Hopefully you can make an informative video about it. You looked at a ton of campers, sooooo.....how about your top five after you narrowed it down. I’m big on the Scamp, Casita, Tab and one or two others. I’m still researching but retiring next month sooooo.....Gotta get busy!!!! Thanks and keep em coming.

have you ever considered the scamp fifth wheel? that's what i'm thinking of getting.

Yes we have looked at and love them too. For our family of 3 though it just seemed like too big too fast. We were coming into this world from tent camping and didn’t have a ton of money. I think though someday a 19’ might be in the plan.

We had forgotten to do that last season and went to fill the fridge for the first trip, and ended up cleaning it before we left. Glad it helped.

Hello Scampers, just asking for some knowledge. I going through the option checklist. So I'm trying to figure out I could get the wireless control brake option without having the electrical brake option? I don't know if I'm explaining correctly. Your knowledge would be appreciated. It's probly a dumb question.

I'm not sure what the wireless brake option is. We do have the electric brakes and they work great. The wireless may be a new option and probably would be worth asking a salesman. He may be able to explain it better. Sorry we couldn't be of more help. Maybe someone else here knows more.

Hello, I'm really enjoying your videos. I'm thinking of getting one of this scamp (13) after all of this is over. I'm going through the options, bells and whistles. I like them all. But just wanted to see what you guys think. Would I really need a double LT gas option? Can I just get the AC for now, and get the fan later, could I just run the AC fan? Furnace? Water heater? Water pump of electric water pump? What option would you think are not really needed? AC for sure but other would they be a waste of money? God bless.

Thank you for tuning in. As for what you need in a Scamp....I think it really depends on what part of the country you live in, and how you intend to use your Scamp. For us the AC though very nice to have we perhaps use it the least. The 12volt separate fan is nice to have because the AC unit won't run off the Battery but the 12 volt fan will. I think for safety reasons that comes standard. And the fan on the AC unit isn't intended to suck air out like the 12 volt fan is. One LP tank on a 13' model would be just fine. Again it really depends on what you tend to use that uses LP(propane stove, water heater, furnace). The water heater and water pump are standard on all the camper sizes though I am sure if you didn't want one or both Scamp could just not install them but because they are a molded camper you'd still have the space where they are supposed to go. I would get them though. With it being fiberglass you technically could add things later but personally If you plan to order a new one I would get just about every option except the wood interior cabinets. I just like the ease of the molded fiberglass interior over the upgraded wood. The only thing you can really live without would be the AC. Maybe the furnace too but both are nice to have. Hope this helps. God Bless. P.S. If you do happen to order a new one, make sure to mention "Our Scamp life"

Thank you for the reply. I was also curious about the 24v battery. I have seen some youtube blogs having issues with it. I'm bench watching your videos as well lol.

@@paduag1782 we have had no issues with our battery as long as you keep it charged when not in use. We just leave the Scamp plugged in all winter when its in storage. Enjoy the videos. Feel free to share them also. God Bless
