'oh really? I heard that Boycie was a Jaffa'
Hahaha, the way the vicar delivers that line is perfect
The vicar reminds me of Dick Emery.
3:50 the way rodney raised his voice loud enough for del to hear his name cracks me up 😂😂😂
Best show of all time. Comedy like this doesn't exist anymore
Without sounding totally namby-pamby I feel so lucky that we got to experience such fantastic comedy writing that has had us laughing from the first time we ever saw Fools and Horses up to this present day and beyond.
John Sullivan and the whole cast really gave something special to us all
I can watch Only Fools and Horses every day Masterpiece
Definitely well said
I'm not 15 or anything but you seriously need to get out and do things, watch new comedy or channels, only fools and horses is to be honest dated comedy that is still very funny as it was very good, but the best ever? Sure, you can have that opinion.
But... 'not like it was in my day...' usually means you are just old and don't get to see much, haven't had to the time or inspiration to try new things etc. this show ended over 20 years ago for gods sake!
It's a good show, but it's not THAT good.
@@thefog7067 what a stupid comment
Shame you’ll never see anything as funny as this on the BBC ever again
It's got to contain EITHER.......",puffs Black's or INTERRACIAL couple's" now on TV adverts & programs......"NOT STRAIGHT WHITE WORKING CLASS PEOPLE'
@@mrtoptenatten give it a rest. Signed a "black" fan of OFAH. The commonwealth didn't form itself. Open your eyes and honestly learn the UK's history
@@mrtoptenatten are you serious or is that some kind of parody? There are plenty of programmes with white working class men in it. They are still the majority on tv, it's just some people cant handle a bit of variety for a change. Because there's variety in real life. With disgusting language like that...the world will be a better place when those sad, bitter losers die out.
@@mrtoptenatten also your spelling, grammar and punctuation are piss poor. Unless you have dyslexia, maybe you could take some language classes at a college or something. You might meet different kinds of people and everything! Imagine! The world isn't just you! "Interracial couples" haha your views are shared by no one...just...pathetic
@@cscscsc what TV are you watching ?....every advert or TV program now has to have gays Black's & INTERRACIAL couple's in it.just look at emmerdale & coronation Street...just 2 examples...I rest my case
I've just searched for this aftwr seeing the news
R.I.P
Boycie (John Challis)
Died September 19 2021 after a 2 year battle with cancer
1 of the greats and forever be missed by the world
Trigger " you dirty rat" is hilarious!!
This is getting bloody stupid.
*"Oh, really? I heard that Boycie was a jaffa."*
🤣🤣🤣.
Rodney: " Today I was commissioned to make a film . .
Trigger: "Leave it out Dave,
i wouldnt trust you to make a jelly ! 😂
Still watching the repeats. Same laughs and total enjoyment as the 1st, 2nd even 3rd time. Fantastic.
"it's called there's a rhino loose in the city".
"What's it about Del?"
My fave is Friday the 14th episode. Axe murderer on the loose in Cornwall near to the lads cottage. Hilarious.
# Gone Poaching, ba ba boom boom ! Left a sign upon the door gone poaching ! 😂
Del Boy: You keep on Rodney and you're gonna get a whack right around the ear hole !
I love that episode too !
Del Boy : "It's called business!
Rodney: "It's called stealing! Grandad: "No it ain't Rodney
Del Boy: Listen to your Grandad
Grandad: It's called poaching!!! 😂
"Would any self-respecting axe murderer nip upstairs for a 40 winks and leave his chopper in the sideboard!!! 🤣🤣🤣
@@thefog7067 Then they were debating the whereabouts of the axe man. Rodney replies he most probably the other side of the country or words to that effect. Grandads reply " I hope he's not gone to our flat". Pure comedy gold.
@Jamshead Aziz To which Del replies '"WILL YOU SHUTUP!!🤣🤣🤣
Yep its gold alright I absolutely love that line from Grandad ! I could go on forever about OFAH
"Was that him?
Who?
The face at the window ?
I dont know i didnt look!
YOU WALLY !!!! 😂
@@jamsheadaziz3999 That's the line 'I hope he don't find our flat'
Grandad was great
Do you like fish?
What?
DO YOU LIKE FISH?!
When Del chased Mickey, I lost myself. 😂😂😂
Rodney's face 🤣
01:56 - whenever I take night nurse I always have Boycies voice in my head
Thank you for this! Please keep uploading it’s much appreciated!
So sad about Nick Lyndhurst’s son ... RIP ✝️
@Acid Trip mate you’re names acid trip 😂💀 the type of name an edgy 15 yr old would use, grow up 👍
@Acid Trip *enough. Nah mate it’s a pretty normal name tbh
@Acid Trip what are you, a druggie?
I almost called nicks only son Rodney jr sad he was only 20 or 21 didn’t get a chance for growing up
...wasnt that also a storyline on the series?
2:18 I've always wondered how Del Boy and Uncle Albert didn't recognise their own flat.
Same lol
Just been on came here to say the same
They do cos that's why Boycie makes a joke about it
They don't come like this anymore. I used to watched all their series on bbc1
Superb, one of the best British comedy ever.
I honestly don’t think there will ever be a comedy to match it , always feel slightly nostalgic and sad when I think so many of the cast are no longer with us.
The inbetweeners is a newer comedy that is just as funny, to say comedy is bad now is dumb, its different, which is good. OFAH was pretty tired by the end lets be honest.
@@MrHennoGarvie Who said it was “ Dumb “ ??
@@MrHennoGarvie Inbetweeners is better
@@lewishadley6219 Nah, I'd say objectively OFAH is better because it went on for longer with more funny moments where as inbetweeners was really funny, just couldnt put it out for as long and the movies werent great whereas OFAH specials are superb.
@@MrHennoGarvie The inbetweeners couldn't be made today. People seem to be offended by anything and everything these days.
Brilliant comedy great writing no more trotters now when comedy was comedy great series 👏
Rodney's face is classic
Not only do you not see comedy like this anymore, but it's a sad reminder of the times that dont happen (or arent allowed to happen) anymore.
What, sneaking away to a back room of a pub to watch a porn film with a dozen other blokes?
Yeah, great times!
@@Volvoman90 There was a pub near me in the early eighties where the bar was used to show certain videos every week.
Rodney's face - he clocks it straight away, even before the flat is shown.
From Serbia with love . ❤️
Serbian people are amazing. ❤️
Love it that even the local vicar has heard Boycie is a jaffa.
Dels face at 2:57 always cracks me up XD
'Night Nurse' by Enid Blyton.Boycie's got his wires crossed!
One of those will do me in a week 😅😅
Imagine if this was during the time when Del is with Raquel and Rodney is with Cassandra! Del and Rodney will both be in trouble!!
Need start playing this on BBC again let upper people see what we love as fools best ever
Or just watch it on GOLD, Netflix or Amazon Prime Video like everyone else.
Earlier episodes wont make sense as it be cut to death as the minority will say its offensive.
The best British comedy imo. Laughing through tears is a great feeling.
R.I.P boycie
Class. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Comedy at its greatest.
I nearly walked into Mr Bean in the dark I mean a lamppost 😂😂😂😂
The late John Sulivan had a wonderful comedy mind
Absolutely golden comedy
I'm liking the vicar, wish they'd done more with his story
How did Del not recognise his own flat.
You’ll never see comedy like this again. Never !!!!!!!!!
Great stuff-hilarious.

Trigger -- '' you dirty rat ''
RIP ✝️ John Challis
Totally classic.
There's a rhino loose in the city
What is it a vampire Rhino ?
It's an whodunnit
A whodunnit??!!! We know who done it, the rhino done it!!! 😂
What's it about?
Lives in a lockup garage
I like this episode of the lesser know ones, and the episode where they make a bunker from lead. 1st series.
I think it's because some of Series 1 is so slow paced at times people forgot about them.
@@ObviouslyKieran Yeah. OFH was still finding it's feet in the 1st series. There are some great moments still.
They are on gold tv most days
I just realised that's John Sullivan standing at the back!
Where?
I can't see any sign of him!
No it's not.
Nice....
The vicar reminds me of Dick Emery.
The only episode that ‘Mickys’ potential as a character was explored, criminally wasted from then on 🙄
Apparently Boycie and Marlene were married by a registrar, not the vicar that appears here and he didn't have a licence, so technically they were never married through the series.
You dirty rat -trigger, video nasty is a classic
Yes
I love this, although I must correct your title, it wasn’t Boycies film, it was Mickey’s!
Indeed, it was a Mickey Pierce production.
I believe this was the episode where the Driscoll brothers are first mentioned but it wasn't until little problems that they actually made an appearance when they stitched Del Boy up for 2 grand over those dodgy mobile phones with instant aerials perfect for nostrils ! 😂
Boycie and the Driscoll brothers were involved in the production of night nurse, Micky just didn’t tell rodney
Enid bylton....haha
its a hard watch now with so many passed to the other side now....
They will forever live on through the screens, history forever captured for eternity
Given how Rodney describes the Driscoll Brothers to Albert in The Frog's Legacy, think its fair to assume that they did introduce themselves to Rodney after this?
This was actually Mickey Pierce’s doing, not Boycie’s
24 carat my son. ❤️
Jaffa 😂
I just got back from googling "jaffer British slang". Then realizing he said jaffa and what that means. Learn something new everyday.
1:57 - Penny drop
What's episode called?
The arts Council grants yours Rodney and Del
I've never understood this about this episode but can anyone pleas tell me why Del is so pissed off when he sees Rodney in the video?
I'm surprised Del and Albert didn't recognise their own home when they saw the video.
It's because of the Driscoll Brothers and Del Boy is quite keen on Rodney keeping his kneecaps where nature intended ! 😂
Because Rodney's let Mickey loose with the vid camera and Mickey is pushing in on the Driscoll Bros turf, with the 'exotic art' he's selling.
If you watched the whole clip it is explained
Rodney got himself in a right mess
This episode was in 1986 and states Boycie and Marlene had been married 20 years. For the final episode in 2003, they celebrate 34 years. In Green Green Grass, Marlene’s mother Dora, states she first met Boycie in 1968. Slightly confusing that.
What does trig say?? And what film is it lol?
Why does Rodney hang out with Mickey i dont know. lol
2:31 !! pmsl
I'll get driscol blackberry's from Lidles Heathway
"you dirty rat" what film is that from?
Taxi, starring Jimmy Cagney. Although he never actually said those exact words, they are attributed to him.
"This is getting bloody stupid now"
What episode
Video Nasty Series 5
Classic David Jason at his best love Boyce though
I still don’t get why Rodney ran off and Del was so angry
You never heard of the driscoll brothers?
So Nicholas Lyndhirst was originally a kockney boy? Hm. And not the suave, well spoken an mannered police man some thirty, fourty years later? (New Tricks). The quality of good acting. 😉
No, he's originally well spoken. The Cockney accent is definitely put on for OFAH.
Nothing nowa days even comes close
ok
The nurse looks like Chuckys mum.
Lool
This makes me nostalgic for the BBC that once was. Now it's an embarrassing woke shower. Tragic.
Yeah but at least they're not harbouring and protecting one of the most horrific paedophiles in history anymore. Swings and roundabouts
Now shown on UK TV Gold, A Subscription channel owned by BBC. And on BritBox, A subscription channel co-owned by BBC.. All while you pay the BBC for a licence that originally paid for this show to be made and shown to us on BBC lol
@@helenHTID imagine paying a licence lol

BBC stopped being funny a long time ago. Now to worried about PC culture.
Just look at "every single advert" on TV.......NEED I SAY MORE ?
I think they are definitely more pc and scared of offending but honestly there have been some great bbc comedy’s over the last few years.

I love Only fools and horses and miss it but it paved the way for so many comedies after it. It brought in that longer running time of 45 mins and there is real heart in a lot of the stories told a long with the brilliant comedy.
now its just snidey comments spat out about 'Trump' or talk of human body fluids..as audiences hold their sides with forced laughter
remember when porn was not something you can see literally whenever you want, maybe it was better that way.
Can't Stand Rodney he was The Samuel Screech Powers of his Era.
