  • I purchased a Can-am BRP rear glass windshield for my 2018 Defender. I looked online to see if anyone had made a how to and figured other people might want to know how it's installed.
It cost me a little under $500. Make sure you're on the united states website. The Canadian website is about 100 dollars more.
Here's the link to where I bought it, straight from Can-am. Also it arrived in about 2 days which was awesome.

Gets cold...... hilarious, come to North Dakota LMAO thanks for the info, waiting on my rear glass to come in, hopefully it seals good although I'm not confident it will with just 2 clips.

Well anytime it hits teens/ single digits with the wind chill factor I turn into a wimp. I'm sure nothing compared to ND! Anyway it does seem to seal pretty good.

Hey what windshield do you have and are you pleased with it? Is it glass? I have a 2020 Defender and I am considering the SuperATV flip windshield, but yours might be better. Thanks.

Oh wow sorry I didn't see this until 7 months after you posted...but to answer your question thats just the "Flip Glass Windshield" directly purchased from can-am. Pricey but work it in my opinion

You forgot about the weatherseal that you have to put on and keep in place on the bottom because he tries to move around on you

Hmm interesting. The windshield came with a preinstalled weather strip all the way around if I remember correctly. But honestly it's been so long I don't remember. I haven't noticed any movement though. Then again I only use it around the ranch everyday, I don't go mudding or racing the trails. Basically just my workhorse around the property.

Trying to decide on hardcoated poly vs glass front and rear for my new defender. How is glass holding up?
