@@michellebyrom6551 yes! I have to get up 2 hours early for school (I’m a sub) even though it only takes me 20 mins to get ready. INFP: This actually happened to me once! I woke up, stumbled to the shower, took what seemed like forever trying to figure out what to wear, and just as I was about ready someone is banging on my door, telling me to get up! What’s worse is I couldn’t remember what I had decided to wear and had to start it all over. 😢

Since I was a young INTJ, I always prepared my clothes for the next day, the day before. I also calculated the time needed to wash myself, precisely to the minute, to get to sleep longer
I do this, but I shower the night before. I've also gone to bed with my clothes for the next day when working from home. Or be wearing the dress slip to bed and put on the dress in the morning...
As an INFP, can confirm I have indeed woken up in my dream, realized I overslept my alarm by two hours in the dream, which panicked me so much I actually woke up and fell off the top bunk. Panic wake-up had me up two hours before my alarm. The struggle is real 😭
My daughter, who is an ISFP, is constantly going back to sleep after I, her personal alarm, wake her up. I already know I have to go back several times…. Every morning 😂 Also, my brother as an INTJ would always fall asleep with his next day’s outfit up until he got married and his wife trained him to stop doing that ❤
Totally, i struggle with that even when i wake up like an hour and a half before i have to go, for instance once i was halfway there while walking to school and i suddenly stopped, bc i couldn't remember whether i locked the door or not, i ended up calling my grandma to check it and lock it if i didn't, fun fact: i still don't remember if i locked it that day, and some other time i litteraly got out of the car, i was almost at school and i realised i had left my phone at home and my mum went back there to pick it up for me
yes but only when enough time has passed and we hit the "oh shit" moment when we realize we're never making it in time, the ENTP in the skit has probably already hit the snooze button 3 times on all his 17 alarms @@StephanieJeanne
And still somehow gets to where he as to go on time. My brother in an ENTP and he does this everyday and still gets to school on time. I think he secretly enjoys the satisfaction of rushing in the morning and still getting on time 😂
Conspiracy Theory: Frank unlisted this video to see if anyone reads his newsletter as soon as they receive it. 😜 Thank you Frank, it feels special to be in the first 5 viewers of this highly entertaining video! ❤
ISFP is so accurate. As a kid I used to always sit like that just to make sure that I would be half awakened. That way, it will give me the time necessary to wake up fully cause if I stay in a lying position I would never be able to get up to school at 5 a.m.
the only part he missed, was the ugly crying when you realize, it can't be chaged, even if nobody thinks you were stupid, or asshole, or an ungrateful dick, it's enough you felt like that... aaaand there you go. You just remembered something, ay? You can curse me later :D
Frank, this might be the funniest video of yours lately!!!! Minimalistic, yet on point, and even subverting expectations a few times 💘 Also, as an ENTP, it takes a lot of work to not have mornings apud your depiction of ENTP mornings... regardless of me being a girl, and a mother. Today, I made snacks for my kid on the go, on our way to school, and put my makeup on in the uber 🙋🏼♀️
I dated an INTJ and once we had dinner and when he got home he was so tired he told me he went straight to bed that night. The next day he visited his parents and his mom took a picture of him and posted it on facebook. I saw it and said his outfit looks familiar and turns out he was wearing the same outfit he did when we had dinner last night 😂 this is just too accurate lol And as an INFJ this literally just happened to me lol good morning y’all
I am a INTJ and I thought I was the only person who wore the next day’s outfit to bed (only if I knew the next day would be crazy… which is most days) guess I was wrong lol. Great video as always!
I have done it a few times as an INFJ when I knew I was getting up at, for example, for surgery before the crack of dawn. Why bother putting on PJ's for a few hours?!
Same for me, too. I need 30 minutes of snoozing, followed by 20 minutes of sitting up while staring into the abyss, in order to function. 😂 Once I've done this, I am bouncing around through my morning routine while chattering away to my husband and listening to videos on whatever topic I'm currently interested in.
I have done the INTJ and ENTJ and ENTP one all at once. I was so anxious about an interview once, I didn't sleep, was wearing my interview clothes pretty much all day and night lmao -intp
LOL INFP here and that happens so often; my body feels so heavy and it feels so good to stay limp instead of having to get up and carry it. I also like to try to be relaxed and calm and gently come out of sleep, because it makes it more likely that I will remember my dreams and how they made me feel and think, and that is one of the most enjoyable things about waking up.
As an INFP, this was extremely accurate because when there isn't anything important to do in the day, I snooze my alarm and sleep for another 30-60 minutes, then wake up. It's hard to get myself out of my comfy bed and dream-like state.
Dude, as an ENFJ, this is so accurate. My alarm is set for 6:00am and I always find myself waking up at like-5:45am or 5:50am and I’m just like- “brain pls let me sleep 💀”
As a enfj, same my friend. It's frustrating. -_- the only days I can sleep in is when I know I don't have to wake up to a alarm. Then my brain let's me sleep
As an INTP, this is eerily accurate. I always need "just five more minutes" (or 10. More like up to 40), so I purposely set my alarm way ahead of time to get some extra Z's, and all of my clocks are ahead by at least 10-15 minutes. It's not unusual for me to hit that button several times. But I also relate to the ENTJ one where I didn't get sleep. XD My sister's an INFJ and she seems to be in this state permanently. XD Our mother's an ESTJ. Even though she's retired, she still sets her alarm at 6 AM sharp and is the type who can get out of bed as soon as she hits the alarm, so could be accurate. (Although she's still prone to slacking sometimes).
As an INFP, I stopped using alarms ever since I started living on my own. Best decision I ever made. In fact, i recommend it to those who don't need to work at the crack of dawn. I usually wake up with the sun now. And yes, I've totally had Inception dreams like that before, on multiple occasions. XD
Yes! As an INFP I too haven’t used an alarm clock in years because they just put me a bad mood. But I do love waking up to my toddler bursting through the door yelling “MAMA GET UP!”
INFP - literally what happened to me 😂. I woke up, wondering what I was going to make for lunch. Started falling asleep while mentally going through my morning routine and working out a plan for lunch. Luckily I woke up again a couple seconds later and made the lunch I dreamed up 😋
Your videos are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I swear you understand personality types like no one else, and your longer videos explaining them are so very helpful! Comedy sketches are great too! Keep up the good work!

I prefer to see the type larger, i.e. your previous format. As fellow personality enthusiast, I enjoyed seeing the types proudly displayed in each video. Furthermore, I believe your style has become iconic and, on that note, I know that my family and friends have always enjoyed your videos; they never complained about seeing the type clearly. ISTJ here, this personality type is commonly known as a workaholic and this video just showed me waking up from a nightmare in a frenzy… I took a nap just yesterday and jumped out of bed thinking I was two hours late for work, I had a whole plan and all my run-of-the-mill excuses figured out and everything 🤣
as an ISFP, I confirm that falling back to sleep is 1000% true..we just never get enough sleep even if we sleep for 14 hours straight (personal experience)😂
As an INFJ, Male, this is 100% me. This made me laugh. Thank you very nuch. I needed it! Love how accurate you are with your videos. I just subscribed!
This is a funny video, but I have to say that as an ENFP I can confirm that never, in my adult life, have I enthusiastically woken up. I'm very much a snooze button or "dreamt that I woke up and got ready" kind of person.
Me too. It's usually 50-50 for me. If I lack sleep, I'd be waking up hating existence. Or, I'd be dreaming up getting ready, doing work and then when I wake up, "I'd be like, what? I don't want to start all over again? I feel tired now."
01:15 As an INTJ I wake perfectly after completing my 7 hour sleep with 6 hours deep sleep as planning the to do in the dream I saw last night and interpreting all the possible scenario I may encounter the moment I wake up and try to go through the day
😂 I’ll do you one better. I’ve hit snooze before(on an alarm I set to give myself enough time to come to, after waking up), realized that it was on an alarm that didn’t have reoccurring snooze saved, set up a new alarm for half an hour later.(the actual intended wake up time) All while half asleep. Woke up half😮 an hour PAST the intended wake up time, just to realize I’ve set everything up and forgot to press save. Lol I’m a complicated person… (INTP)💁🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
As an ENTP, once a tinder girl asked me to come to her house (she had free house) and I missed that opportunity cause I slept too much after lunch and I lost the train. I regret nothing. It was a good sleep.
INFJ here- SPOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!! usually about 2 seconds before I am fully engaged in Morpheusville my brain dredges up things.... When I'm awake I can't remember Jack Shingles (I can hardly remember basic words and sentence structure most days) but for some reason ( i do actually know the reason but unless you want me to write ANOTHER one shot in the comments we'll go with it as it) as soon as I am a split second away from joyous sleep, BAM, it's like Emeril is in my head throwing seasoning in my face! And I think I'm channeling my inner Enfj when I have 4 days binges I can't sleep no matter what I do or take (and lordy I have taken the heavy hitters) and end up delirious... not a fun place to be! 18 years of chronic insomnia is gonna take me! and I'm already 53!!
I'm actually bothered being called out about wearing the next day's clothes to bed sometimes and taking another shower really late at night. It's just in case. Especially coming from the military, sometimes you go to bed with your uniform on and your boots on your feet hanging off the edge of the bed if not just on the floor nearby. Readiness. - INTJ
As an INTP, the hitting snooze 💤 happens all the time. Along with 8-12 alarms ⏰ set for 15 min intervals for the 2-3 hours before I have to get up, and some time to hit the snooze button built in. Getting up sucks.
Waking up really does suck! I use apps sometimes, one that tells you when is the optimal time to get up, used with another app that goes off based on hearing you sleep, works better to wake up feeling more rested and less groggy. They’re called Sleepytime and Sleep Cycle
I'm an INFP and can confirm I will literally daydream (upon waking up in bed) about getting up, and all the steps to take before work but I've discovered how to use it to my advantage. I always make sure that if I allow myself to lay back down and proceed to dream out the beginning of my day, I must hit snooze for 5-10 minutes. Don't want to accidentally fall asleep-asleep! 😬 Then, I use my daydreaming powers as a visual mental checklist. Sometimes, if I don't dream out the first part of my day, I wake up feeling lost and unprepared about what I will wear, prioritize (i.e. shower or eat breakfast first?), etc. If I have enough time, I will write out a checklist, but I usually don't have enough time on workdays 😂 So, I do my checklists mostly on weekends looool. But I have gotten so good at dreaming out the beginning of my day, that it guides me step-by-step! 😅
As Entj I can confirm, like I wanna sleep, but... wtf, I don't have time. That so, I fkn hate illness too.. Just like "Dude,.. I have so much plan, not time,"
As an Entp, that interview thing would most definitely happen. I would have never moved so fast before in my life. Then you get there either on time or late regardless and use your charm to get them to forgive you. Then the first question the Interviewer would ask is, "Would you consider yourself a responsible person?" XD
Having shared a bed, couch, sleeping bag (the horror), etc, many a time with my ESTP daughter, I can confirm this sleeping style. Pretty sure I've had her foot in my mouth a time or two, as well.
(INFP here) I have literally dreamt that I was ready and IN SCHOOL already before waking up and going "I still have to wake up" and then dreaming I was up already AGAIN.
The “waking up but not really” dreams used to get so intense, I would loop through several “wakings” before finally getting up, feeling like a ragged time traveler. One of my worst recurring nightmares. I envy people who actually know when they’re dreaming lol 🥲
I'm an ENFP and never jumped out of bed once in my life, because I'm too tired from lying awake with hamster brain half the night. However, I can't deny that the gears start spinning immediately.
@@LadyIarConnacht For me it's because I set my alarm for last minute 🤣 Like if I have to leave at 8 am, I set my alarm for 7.50 am so I have no other choice than to "jump" out and start getting ready immediately
Why is the Infp one SO ACCURATE?? I cannot stress the amount of timesI have, answered people in dreams, done things in dream that I was supposed to do, like GET UP.

@@kataihallenchrish Ah, gotcha. I feel a little better. Lol.
Thank you Frank, it feels special to be in the first 5 viewers of this highly entertaining video! ❤
hahaha thanks Peter!! I am glad a few people read the newsletter right away!
@@FrankJames I love the word of the week! Got a real "kick" out of it this morning
Sounds like an intj comment to me! 😅
I’m not sure how after all this time Frank seems to know what we need to hear? :) I love the word of the week. ❤
What newsletter 🤔
Why do I feel like every single one of these is me at the same time
ISFP is so accurate. As a kid I used to always sit like that just to make sure that I would be half awakened. That way, it will give me the time necessary to wake up fully cause if I stay in a lying position I would never be able to get up to school at 5 a.m.
That's fucking smart. I should start doing that from now!
1:36 I wasn't ready for that one 😂
What’s crazy is the INFJ one literally happened to me this morning. All of this guilt just came out of nowhere to awake me from my slumber.
the only part he missed, was the ugly crying when you realize, it can't be chaged, even if nobody thinks you were stupid, or asshole, or an ungrateful dick, it's enough you felt like that... aaaand there you go. You just remembered something, ay? You can curse me later :D
INFJ here. I'm screaming at 60 and am finally learning to understand ME. Thank you, Mr. Frank James
I found all this out in my 60's as well and agree with what you wrote. ALL of it!
I’m ISTP but INFP is LITERALLY me LOL!! I’ve lost count how many times I woke up and brushed my teeth only for it to turn out to be a dream 😭
Frank, this might be the funniest video of yours lately!!!! Minimalistic, yet on point, and even subverting expectations a few times 💘
Also, as an ENTP, it takes a lot of work to not have mornings apud your depiction of ENTP mornings... regardless of me being a girl, and a mother.
I saw it and said his outfit looks familiar and turns out he was wearing the same outfit he did when we had dinner last night 😂 this is just too accurate lol
And as an INFJ this literally just happened to me lol good morning y’all
I am a INTJ and I thought I was the only person who wore the next day’s outfit to bed (only if I knew the next day would be crazy… which is most days) guess I was wrong lol.
Great video as always!
My INTJ boyfriend owns no pajama at all, as he doesn't need any just like that. 😂
I have done it a few times as an INFJ when I knew I was getting up at, for example, for surgery before the crack of dawn. Why bother putting on PJ's for a few hours?!
Me too😊
I am INTJ too. I put my clothes for the next day, at my desk chair, but I don't sleep in it. (I have done that tho... when I was 13)
@@estherlise This made me really smile.
As an ENFP I hate waking up in the morning 🥲 but I do get happy for a new day!
SAME!!!! I'm not awake until I have breakfast, I do LOVE staying up at night tho
Same. I'm glad I'm not the only one
Lol yes same here, much more of a night owl
ENFP here. I have a happy morning playlist that has all my favorite girly songs 😂 I do like being excited about the day.
Same for me, too. I need 30 minutes of snoozing, followed by 20 minutes of sitting up while staring into the abyss, in order to function. 😂
Once I've done this, I am bouncing around through my morning routine while chattering away to my husband and listening to videos on whatever topic I'm currently interested in.
Glad to know I'm not the only one who sleeps in full Batman attire.
gotta be ready for those children's birthday party appearances the next day
@@FrankJames There’s no shame in admitting you covertly fight crime overnight. 😎
I have done the INTJ and ENTJ and ENTP one all at once. I was so anxious about an interview once, I didn't sleep, was wearing my interview clothes pretty much all day and night lmao
-intp
Frank how is it THIS accurate???? I’m ENFJ/ENTJ and im just in shock how you portrayed me literally
The ENTJ was so hilarious. I worked 8am-4am the past three days and that’s exactly what I did
Bro what please have some rest
Same here, im an Entj too and always wondering, why does a day only have 24 hours 😠
Same here 😭
same dude.
then when i have an exam, i'll oversleep 2 hours more.
same dude.
then when i have an exam, i'll oversleep 2 hours more.
Same😭😭💀
As an INTP, this is eerily accurate. XD
My sister's an INFJ and she seems to be in this state permanently. XD
Our mother's an ESTJ. Even though she's retired, she still sets her alarm at 6 AM sharp and is the type who can get out of bed as soon as she hits the alarm, so could be accurate. (Although she's still prone to slacking sometimes).
As an ISFJ woken up by my cat, i can attest this as 100 % accurate 😂😂😂
Literally how I woke up this morning..
I have a cat for almost 4 months now. IT IS TRUE 😅
Same, every single day 😂
id love to be woken up by a cat. how does it feel living the dream?
@@leonies.6211 pretty good actually, thank you. Only downside is, that if your on vacation it's hard to sleep without them. 🤗
You never fail to make me laugh 😂
The INFJ was too relatable once again
As an INFP, I stopped using alarms ever since I started living on my own. Best decision I ever made. In fact, i recommend it to those who don't need to work at the crack of dawn. I usually wake up with the sun now.
And yes, I've totally had Inception dreams like that before, on multiple occasions. XD
@@MaryD. I'm very prone to headaches, so ditching the alarm clock was a Godsent. Helped to make my mornings that much more peaceful.
Yes! As an INFP I too haven’t used an alarm clock in years because they just put me a bad mood. But I do love waking up to my toddler bursting through the door yelling “MAMA GET UP!”
I love days when I don't need to be awakened with an alarm: it's so freeing!
I also haven't done mornings in a while. I wake up naturally
Frank James, thank you very much for putting the types back into the video. You make great content and it was nice seeing them back again!
i'm glad you like it. do you think it is OK smaller than usual and in the corner like i have it in this video?
At least we won't have to guess anymore
@@FrankJames Good afternoon, Frank! Thank you very much for your reply; I deeply appreciate that. Additionally, thank you very much for your question. I hope that you return to having the types larger, and I thank you for restoring them in this video. Lastly, I hope that you, your Beloved, and Buggy all spend many happy years together! You guys are the best! ❤️
Sincerely,
A Very Sincere ENFJ
@@FrankJames Larger is nice, but smaller is okay. I especially like the time stamps.
Maybe it's because I'm sick and not emotionally stable, but I actually shed tears from laughing.
haha ill take it
ISTJ here, this personality type is commonly known as a workaholic and this video just showed me waking up from a nightmare in a frenzy… I took a nap just yesterday and jumped out of bed thinking I was two hours late for work, I had a whole plan and all my run-of-the-mill excuses figured out and everything 🤣
as an ISFP, I confirm that falling back to sleep is 1000% true..we just never get enough sleep even if we sleep for 14 hours straight (personal experience)😂
same 😭 i never see isfps in the comments lol
I agree.Hi where are you from
@@peach3tterightttt
Hey guyssss
Same for me, the INFP one was dead one 😂
(It's actually becoming a serious problem... 🤣)
I’m laughing so hard that tears are rolling down my face. 😂
As an ENTJ, I’ve never felt so understood! We’ll sleep when we’re dead.
01:15 As an INTJ I wake perfectly after completing my 7 hour sleep with 6 hours deep sleep as planning the to do in the dream I saw last night and interpreting all the possible scenario I may encounter the moment I wake up and try to go through the day
Thanks!
We INTJs do indeed go to bed in our work clothes. I have no time to change, Gotham needs me. (I'm hopelessly autistic)
As an INFJ I can relate💀🖐🏼
I’m an INFJ, and your portrayals of that personality type are always on point 😂👌🏽
As an ISFJ, the amount of times my dog has woken me up by lovingly suffocating me is... alarming.
Yep, whether I'm in the shower, or just waking up, I always remember things that happened decades ago, and what I SHOULD have said!
Frank, your acting just keeps getting better and better! Love it!
Wow, thanks!
As an ENTP, once a tinder girl asked me to come to her house (she had free house) and I missed that opportunity cause I slept too much after lunch and I lost the train. I regret nothing. It was a good sleep.
0:29 "Dog" means "Died" in Swedish and it is 2am so my tired monkey brain went with "Died under blanket".
Why am I a mix of almost all of them but like on different days? 😂✨
Lol this one is really relatable. I’ve done what most of the introvert types do in this vid, all except ISTJ, INFJ, and INTJ as much. I’m an INTP.
It's just so fun to watch
INFP here. I once dreamt about starting the day, traveling to work, beginning it etc. Then I woke up lol. Felt surreal haha.
As an ISTJ I can conform that is what I feel like in the morning though I never had a nightmare in my life.
As Entj I can confirm, like I wanna sleep, but... wtf, I don't have time. That so, I fkn hate illness too.. Just like "Dude,.. I have so much plan, not time,"
Okay the editing on this was fantastic
I can't stop rewatching this video, it's hilarious! 😂😂😂 Loved it so much! Great video!
Yay! Thank you!
As an Entp, that interview thing would most definitely happen. I would have never moved so fast before in my life. Then you get there either on time or late regardless and use your charm to get them to forgive you. Then the first question the Interviewer would ask is, "Would you consider yourself a responsible person?" XD
LMAOOOO- also FINALLY another ENTP
Having shared a bed, couch, sleeping bag (the horror), etc, many a time with my ESTP daughter, I can confirm this sleeping style. Pretty sure I've had her foot in my mouth a time or two, as well.
Masterpiece
(INFP here) I have literally dreamt that I was ready and IN SCHOOL already before waking up and going "I still have to wake up" and then dreaming I was up already AGAIN.
The “waking up but not really” dreams used to get so intense, I would loop through several “wakings” before finally getting up, feeling like a ragged time traveler. One of my worst recurring nightmares. I envy people who actually know when they’re dreaming lol 🥲
So true, I am an Infj and I woke up like this nearly everyday also thank you so much for this beautiful video! 🤍
I am an ENFP and I'm "jumping" out of bed when I hear my alarm, like I can function and start talking and dancing almost immediately 🤣
I have ENFP envy lol (I’m INFP)😂
@@yorkshirelassdiaries4841 I have ENFP envy too T^T (INFJ)
I'm an ENFP and never jumped out of bed once in my life, because I'm too tired from lying awake with hamster brain half the night. However, I can't deny that the gears start spinning immediately.
@@LadyIarConnacht For me it's because I set my alarm for last minute 🤣 Like if I have to leave at 8 am, I set my alarm for 7.50 am so I have no other choice than to "jump" out and start getting ready immediately
I am awake and playing with my phone. Catching Pokémon. Building my fish tank. Eyeing the last possible moment before I have to get up.
As an ISTJ, the gun is literally the only exaggerated part of the bit - I am a kind person but that goes out the window when I've just been woken.
Thank you for putting the types down in the corner like that. It’s perfect!
It's true...as an ENTJ I can confirm I don't sleep, I plan villain arcs.
ESFP’s confused "where am I?" "What happened?" had me laughing so hard! ESTJ 😂😂
The outfit! lol!
As an ENTJ, I love the song “sleep is for the weak” by the dreadnoughts.
Why is the Infp one SO ACCURATE?? I cannot stress the amount of timesI have, answered people in dreams, done things in dream that I was supposed to do, like GET UP.
I hit the snooze button like an INTP, sometimes multiple times in a row until I'm so late
As an INTP, I hit the snooze button at least 5 times every 5 minutes before getting up each morning so it's pretty accurrate 🤣
Yes I have a cat and yes he wakes me up for things. Spot on 😂😂
Love getting the word of the week. Its inspiring❣️✨️
Omgg I'm cracking up one of your best videos please do more of these
I’m an infj and it’s either the bad thoughts in the morning, autopilot, or scream really loud and put on loud disturbing noise like loud broken radio in my ear or heavy metal. :)
ESFJ is absolutely hilarious acting !!!
And as an ENTJ, yup that perfectly encapsulates it ❤
Nailed this one! Had my own chaotic ENTP morning with the frantic bed rollies and everything
