First of all, this is really cool that you were curious and wanted to know what it was. Rather than immediately killing it, like too many people sadly would. It's known colloquially as a whip scorpion. People have different names for it surely, from Africa to Australia, and even most of Europe and some parts of Asia (the places these can be commonly found). It's about as harmless as a common ant. There are many different (albeit quite similar) species, but they can all be technically called Typopeltis. That's the scientific name, which is also the name you should research if still curious. Regional names are never reliable enough to get accurate info.
Like everyone is saying, is is a Vinegaroon, A.K.A the Whip Scorpion. It is an arachnid like spiders and scorpions. It isn’t a scorpion though, and it doesn’t have a stinger. It is completely harmless, though it can releases a compound that smell like vinegar when it feels threatened. :)
I once saw a video titled something like "WHAT IS THAT??" with a red circle on some random branches in the background of the video, so I was like... Okay what am I not seeing? And so I clicked the video. It literally WAS just them pointing their camera at some tree branches, there was absolutely nothing on the screen, didn't even have the illusion that anything was there, and I'm 90% sure it was intentional. They recorded nothing and called it a cryptid because they knew it would upset people LOL

Was fully expecting the video to just be a recording of a leaf on the ground, with the top comment being "that's a leaf"
