Very nice video, have been in Benalmadena for many times and remember all the places. It would be nice to see video from Marina and paseo too. Greetings from Estonia, Pärnu.😊
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad the video brought back memories of Benalmadena for you. I make updates of the videos to the cities and towns in the area. Greetings to you in Pärnu, Estonia - hope you’re having a wonderful christmas holidays!
Unbelievable - just seen my wife, her sister , and their friend walking down the 'slippery slope', the pedestrianised road that runs past Graniers Cafe. Here I am stuck in freezing cold, dark, storm swept Manchester. Aren't I the lucky one? Great video this. Thanks to whoever made it, I can really appreciate the work and effort that goes into it. Arroyo De La Miel is a wonderful little town. (it is actually quite a large place) First look at that sky, this is Spain in December. Everybody is relaxed, well dressed , and healthy looking. I love Arroyo and have literally holidayed there hundred of times in the last almost 50 years. In deed I will be out there for the Three Kings, a time when children show their appreciation for their parents. ( and the adults have yet another celebration) of an evening Christmas in Arroyo is brilliant. It has a mock Christmas tree that until this year was the tallest on the Costas, The market has grown this year - can imagine that my wife will be bringing back a suitcase of Christmas 'tat' - to be expected. (there is also a Friday market). What really is spectacular are the Christmas lights - better than Blackpool. Sometimes they even have piped music playing on the streets ,not 'Slade' - usually the Classical variety. Looking for somewhere to spend a few days - book a cheap flight before Christmas to Malaga . Hop on a train at the Airport and you will be in Arroyo in 20 minutes. The beach is a 20 minute walk away. Bonanza square if you like that British bit - 10 minutes walk. Or just stay in Arroyo and enjoy the wonderful experience it has to offer. There are two 'Hostels' reasonably priced'. Plenty of great restaurants and bars , none of which are expensive. Plenty of shops - several of the type that have long disappeared from British streets. There are 2 'Ham' burger bars on the main street that are really as cheap as chips, and the menus are amazingly varied. Very safe, well Policed area. And finally just look how clean the footpaths are. Thanks again to whoever made this. Just made my day.
