The g-spot is basically a nerve cluster of something called the paraurethral gland. It is spongy tissue that surrounds the urethra and fills with fluid when stimulated. There are tiny ducts that lead from the paraurethral gland into the urethra. Female ejaculation occurs when the paraurethral gland expels the buildup of fluid from g-spot stimulation. It is fairly sweet containing a small amount of glucose.

I am a guy who needed biology class in college. I am guessing that the "G" spot may in fact be something called the skene's glands.
