dear Elsje, wow! thank you for taking the time to write - it is great trying to imagine you watching from a country so far away from wehre I am - that's the magic of the show. I hope you enjoy your experimenting, and thank you again
What a beautiful woman who creates inspirational work. Such a pleasure to watch and learn from. Would love to meet her someday. Felt a real connection. xx

@@junehansen3395 I love receiving emails from artists so please feel free to contact me if you think I may be able to assist - triciareust@gmail.com - and if I can help in looking at alternate manufacturers of art media - though I am pretty sure you should be able to access the Australian Chroma products in Canada

I think I will have to get back into acrylics again ,I think I would like to try the Atelier system range of products I'm sure the company has some sort of how to use their products thankyou Graham and your hard working crew for this program....and yes I have shared with my friends artist and non artists and I'm happy to say one of the non artists got so inspired to come over and play with my watercolours...she's hooked! Awesome video production for us to learn about art and artists all over the world. Thank you Graeme for your hard work and sharing with us via Facebook and RUclips. PS. I know ;your buddy, Richard Stergulz. Lucky for me, he and I live in the same town in Southern California. Next time you visit him, I plan to get out and meet you as well. ~Leo
Love your art! I have a question in regards to the pastel layer...do you seal it after?I'm always afraid that it will get smudged. Thanks & I love these videos!
Dear Debbie, the pastel in this video was applied over mixed media on watercolour paper. Any work on paper has to be displayed/framed under glass, so there was no need to seal the pastel on this work. I framed it under glass. The only time I seal pastel is when I use it on canvas, and I spray the final painting with varnish. I don't use a fixative spray either, on pastel on paper - I tap the back of the paper to release any loose pastel, and my framer uses a spacer (behind the mat)to catch any pastel dust that may fall through handling of the works - this falls behind the mat so that it can't be seen and dirty the appearance.I hope this has helped! For storing pastel works so that they don't smudge, lay them flat with a piece of glassine paper in between. Thank you for your kind comments and best wishes in your pastelling!.
So sad such a schooled man I saw Graham had died he gave me so much inspiration and he gave so much to us all I have to say I feel very sad yet he may RIP
I am using 333gsm watercolour paper as well as working on canvas, in the show. Binder medium is manufactured by Chroma (Atelier) and is available in art stores and through their web site - good luck - I hope you can find some - and enjoy using it in your collages

frottage is the name for rubbing ;the verb is "frotter": to rub, to scrub
There's a very successful filipina artist, with mixed media art on bags .... she's quite clever! She sells ....

Shouldn't the title at least spell her name correctly?!
That is her correct spelling
SassyNpinkable Yes it should, and yes, it did! Next question? 😃
