Ladders in source basically work by looking the direction you want to go and holding w. jump will always jump you off and away from the ladder. That being said, some ladders do have some issues if they're not properly implemented
can't say for everyone but I do remember that ladders can still be very janky even on official maps which pretty much becomes one of the reason no one wanted to play any maps with ladders back in the day. but yeah, for custom maps, ladders are the bane of my exsistance where there are issues where reaching the top may lead you to just fly off. again, just personal experience in my very limited playtime of CS (which I can't remember which version I played)

New randomat idea, "James and James." Turns the traitors into innocents and makes both gav and fredo into traitors. Everyone sees the words james and james on the screen and know that gav and fredo are both traitors.
But to throw them off there is a 10% chance that linsy will become the other James
I think it would be funnier if it turned everyone's player models into gav and fredo's.

Gavin should check his IPv6 settings cuz I remember he set it up for the phantom and maybe that's why he has tech issues all the time.
ipv6 only makes it easier for tunneling though right? so how would that hurt? unless gmod is just on too old a platform to work with a relatively new protocol system. but that shouldnt effect recording video.
His internet settings wont have issues with forgetting to hit record or losing the recording file.
@@Hurtydwarf dude speaking from experience, computers don't care how it's supposed to work normally. They act irregularly all the time behind the scenes just bc you changed a small thing like ipv6.

I'm amazed how often people capture screws up now - like you'd think they'd check on it occasionally...
more than anything is cos schedules are tight- if you discover what went wrong after filming, there’s no time to fix it. If someones upload fails while they are at a shoot, the editors don’t get it in time. Keeping all the moving pieces together is tricky
One person with technical issues is normal. This video must have set a world record!
It blows my mind that they still haven't figured out that you can place slams on walls to act as tripmines.

@@kingzak13 i believe you can place then in door ways but I don't know about on a door. I only know they can be placed on walls from watching yogscast. It's especially useful with the switch radomat because traitors will place it on the wall the crouch under it so when they switch places with someone that person isn't crouching hits the laser and explodes.

In answer to Lindsay's question regarding intelligent zombies: There's a nice book called Mogworld. There are some intelligent zombies in it. One's a doctor who patches up other zombies. She doesn't have a formal doctorate, but she's effective and resourceful so she might as well. She also helps out with mental health (again, of fellow zombies).

I love the part where Jeremy walks by Lindsay who's crouched down and eating Alfredo. Then it takes a few seconds for him to realize what he saw.
Was Alfredo slow on the uptake on that zombie round or did he let himself die for content? Because he had a perfect shot on all of the zombies on the other roof and could've taken them all out rather than let them come to him.
I haven't seen Fiona in anything in a long while.
Fiona isn't a part of the regular AH lineup anymore, she could guest feature again at some point tho

I think back in like March I wanna say she was hired as a producer for the return of G4 and moved to LA from Austin. Last I knew she also became a host for G4 within the last couple months.
Her move is what opened the spot for Ky to join as a member of the team I believe.

I feel like a few weeks ago someone came into the morning meeting and was like “What if we just made TTT unlocked. I’m talking everything from RDMing to intentional lost footage.” To which Lindsay simply responded: “Chaos” and thus the TTT-on-crack decree was set in stone.

Achievement Hunter, this is a perfect cast of people. A lot of people complain that achievement hunter just isn't the same, but this is the closest I've felt to the old days. Keep what you have, these folks are great.
I miss when there was more deception and detective work. The traitors used to be more cautious and clever, but it’s become more of a who-shoots-first kind of game
Add in people shrieking into the microphone for no reason and you've got quite the annoying episode.
