This is a very popular spot in the Carrollwood area of West Tampa. It's 2 nightclubs in one.
They're extremely lucky the accident happened when it was barely busy. It gets packed. This wasn't staged because this joint is highly profitable, and it's obvious that it was an accident.

Definitely insurance scam made to look like an accident.
No, nof an insurance scam as that place gets very busy. That must've been the beginning of the evening or on a weekday because that place is actually two nightclubs. It's very popular in the Carrollwood section of Tampa for at least 4-5yrs. Definitely not a scam as you can clearly see how it ignited from the flame torch the girl had to carry
