that's so crazy omg we have the two same favorite. ebony wood is clearly the best omg its such a perfect unisex scent but its like woodsy cinnamony citrusy warm vanilly its perfect...and patchouli dry down is so nice the peony comes through and it has a sweetness to it

@@Nidhi.anonymous as soon as you spray it, its masucline and strong yes...but the magic is in the dry down. its a soft woody vanillaish vibe it becomes so prettttty
Jo Malone - the company is owned by Estee Lauder, you should try the Jo Loves brand that she owns, and compare them to the Zara Emotions. Great review :)

The perfumer behind the Zara Emotions is Jo Malone. it is just released thru Zara. Jo Malone (the person ) has her own perfume line (JO LOVES) . So whatever yo u smell in Zara´s emotions line is very similar to her Jo loves perfume line! It is a collaboration with Zara! The brand JO MALONE LONDON, is already owned by Estee Lauder, so not all scents are made by Jo MAlone herself!

wood sage and sea salt is one that i am interested in trying, only because my best friend loves it. otherwise i would not have thought of testing some Jo Malones.. :) i was able to test some from the emotions line before, and i like them actually.. need to test them again when i get to go back there....

everyone who tried this discovery set has had an accident with the bottle broken. i think zara needed to rethink their packaging.
I think based on your description Ebony Woods and Santal Complet from Fragrance Du Bois is low key in the same ball park. They both have that soft wordiness to it with some sweetness and some coconut!
