you've obviously not been following the hearings. Rosenstein clarified a while back that only he can fire Mueller. Neither Sessions nor the President or anyone else for that matter can fire Mueller. That's why he refused to capitulate to Senator Kamala Harris' request that he issue a letter offering full independence to Mueller, because if he did, then the President could fire Mueller. Mueller's is protected from firing if and only if he remains under the power of Rosenstein according to law

There's no proof of Russian interference, most of the news is becoming entertaining, because it's like jumping at shadows and playing the blame game about the election. I liked what the DNC said, "Instead of focusing and looking for Russian connections, let's focus on the 2018 senate election and the 2020 presidential election."
