You absolutely add so much BEAUTY, TEACHING, UNDERSTANDING N TIPS TO THE WORLD OF WIRE WRAPPING. ❤❤❤ I watched another one this morning you had. Batterie died before i could send. I wrote above
Thank you so much for making this tutorial in real time (as opposed to most tutorials that are fast-forwarded and leave out steps). I'm a beginner and this video is perfect for those of us just learning! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in this lovely way. I can now understand the process and techniques of cage wrapping with hammering. I've been wondering how to begin and you've detailed it from start to finish so meticulously! Very grateful 🙏🙏🙏
YOU are amazing, that was fantastic! Thank you so much, I will be using this setting for some of my stones. Your format of written instruction combined with hand movements of important things to focus on is so helpful. I am confident that some of my stones are going to have lovely new homes.
Great video. So very well done. I normally watch these speed up but I was able to watch this all the way through in a few sittings. Thank you very informative.
@@PerfectlyTwistedJewelry I’m at your page now trying to decide witch one to pick, I’ve done well from watching (after a couple of tries) !!! Lol 😂 ❤️🌹 you never easy but in your videos on RUclips I see everything so I trust you ! Great Teacher 💋
Wow, fabulous design which is detailed but minimalist. This is truly elegant. Inspiring and appreciate the detailed instruction. Thanks so much for sharing.
This was such a great tutorial! Can’t wait to try with my “boss hands!” 🤣. I loved hearing your voice on the last tutorial but understand that wire wrapping and talking is a different skill set. The music is fine and your notes are perfect so teach on……. And thank you 😊
I will be ecstatic when I can accomplish something as beautiful as this! Your skills amaze me , the way you move the wire so perfectly and it appears effortless.
Wow!!! Great job 👏. I’m not sure that I’ll be able to reproduce it in its entirety but it sure does give me design ideas. The way you add on wires is genius !!!
Awesome! Thank you, looking forward to doing this (these). I was on Firemountain last night and saw some of these stones, I passed as I didn't know what to do with them, use to making smaller and tend to look for liked shapes in smaller size. Well I want to say Thank You for helping me spend my money, I will be paying Firemountain another visit, LOL! :)
Very cool! 😅 Yeah, I'm not the one to help you save money on stones LOL! I am a shameless rock lover so I have buckets of cabs and gems and beads and and ... and.... LOL have fun! Thanks for this great comment!
Hi, will this design work with smaller wire? I don’t have 18 or 16 gauge wire at the moment. I do not want to start a wrap that just won’t work. I love your methodical methods and will join membership soon. Thank you.
Hi there! Thanks for this questions, it's a great one. Yes, you can use smaller wire... 20 gauge with 22 gauge for example... but if you want the pendant proportions to look similar, then I'd use a stone about half the size. If your stone is the same size as this one and you use the smaller wire, it'll work, but it won't look the same or feel as sturdy without additional wires on the frame. So if you go smaller wire and same size stone, consider to add on another one or two design wires, if you don't want curls, you can just run the add-on along side the 20g frame wire, double it all up... I hope that makes sense... or reduce your stone size and then just follow the pattern...you can probably go a little shorter on the initial cuts too if your stone is half the size. Ask me more if you need more help Monterrey, I'm happy to help! What size are your wires? I look forward to when you can join my Membership. 💖💖
The Materials and Tools are always in the first 10 seconds of each of my videos. This pendant uses 18 inches of 16 gauge, round, soft copper wire for the main frame. Thanks for watching!
Another great tutorial! I was embellishing a trapped stone and I pressed too hard and it broke. Do you have any suggestions for what to do? Thank you so much and have a wonderful day/night!
What to do with broken stones... I you're not selling it, and if it's still in the setting and if the break is stable and not crumbling... you could use a jewelers glue or maybe epoxy to mend it. You could try..."Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique that mends cracked pottery with a lacquer made from the sap of the urushi tree and then accentuates the fractures with powdered gold or other precious metals." Hope that helps! I always save the stone regardless.

@@PerfectlyTwistedJewelry I have 20ga and 22 ga. Thank you for answering my question so quickly!
Frame wire!? What type of metal could it be?
The Materials and Tools are always in the first 10 seconds of each of my videos. This pendant uses 18 inches of 16 gauge, round, soft copper wire for the main frame. Thanks for watching!
@@PerfectlyTwistedJewelry thank you, I like your designs and tutoring.

Mended stones can be just as beautiful for the effort of saving them. I will try Kintsugi one day.

I also have a bead in one of my pieces that is cracked; is it viable to sell?
